GoogleFrom his first probate valuation visit to the completion of sale, Ben Marron provided a wonderful, professional service; his advice was sound and over many months nothing was too much trouble. Ben's constant help was a great relief and saved me a lot of stress as I was living miles away from the property. He found the right clients and achieved a pleasing sales value. He kept up timely communication with all concerned and if not available his colleagues Greg and Alfie were also always happy to step up. I would not hesitate to thoroughly recommend them all, I'm just sorry they don't cover my current area for when I need to make my next sale!

We are extremely grateful for all his hard work and patience. He handled our situation with complete understanding and zero pressure. GoogleWe used Harry Gibb from Coopers Uxbridge to handle the sale of our property, and we were extremely impressed with the service we received from start to finish. Harry was professional, proactive and very easy to deal with throughout the entire process. He kept us regularly updated, communicated clearly and worked hard to keep the sale moving, particularly when there were delays within the chain. What really stood out was his excellent communication and dedication. We always felt that Harry was on top of everything and doing everything he could to help get the sale through to completion. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you're also purchasing another property at the same time, but Harry made the process much smoother and gave us confidence throughout. GoogleI just wanted to leave some positive feedback for Jack from Uxbridge. Jack really went the extra mile to show us the flat. We were running late, but he kindly waited around 30 minutes for us. He was fully prepared for the viewing and was able to answer all of our questions clearly and professionally. I definitely feel that Jack deserves to be recognised and appreciated for his work. GoogleI rarely post reviews but am motivated to do so this time because the service we received from Kayleigh and the Coopers team was outstanding. We were faced with a difficult task of selling a house in Uxbridge because we lived elsewhere and had no local knowledge of market conditions. We met Kayleigh at the house and, from the start of the process, we received excellent guidance on how best to proceed. Kayleigh kept us very well informed during the process and offered great support during this difficult time. We found a buyer within a few weeks and completed in a record time compared with our past house sales experiences. Kayleigh was well supported by an efficient office team and I should mention Harry for his reliable and efficient communications.
