I recently purchased a property and, as a first-time buyer, I couldn't fault the service I received from Coopers Ickenham. Amber was fantastic from start to finish. Her patience and kindness when dealing with tricky situations put me at ease and made the process easier. She was always at the other end of the phone when needed and kept colleagues up to date on the progress of the purchase so others could step in if she was on holiday. We recently helped our brother in law with the sale of his house. We did this with through Russell Jones, Coopers Sales Director Ickenham, Uxbridge. Russell has over 20 years experience in the business and this was highly evident through each stage of the sale process. He is highly customer focused and prompt in keeping everyone in the loop as the process moved forward. Russell is exteamly professional and patient even during a time of personal holiday he kept a close eye on developments as they happened and took the time out to make sure everything went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and he appears calm under pressure and takes time to correspond to put our minds at rest if we had a query. We highly recommend Russell and his team.
