GoogleI used Cluttons to sell our flat in Marylebone. I tried three companies and was the most impressed with The Cluttons Hyde Park branch. It took a while to sell, but not because of Cluttons. They worked really hard to sell the flat and were excellent communicators throughout. Verity helped the entire way. She was just the right fit for us and was amazing to us, showing us a positive and empathic attitude without being unrealistic. We remained on the same wavelength throughout and she was a delight to work with, constantly updating us without me having to chase. I would highly recommend Cluttons and Verity in particular.

GoogleFine whilst we lived there, a nightmare when trying to move out. Firstly, will make up reasons to get money back from the deposit - which we didn't bother contesting much. But then will fail to pay back the deposit and LIE to you that they have processed it constantly. It has now been 3 months and we are now having to pursue legal proceedings just to get money back. A awful company and experience. See trustpilot for a similarly consistent experience by many.
