GoogleI cannot fault the service provided by Lucinda and Falon and am so grateful for their assistance in finding a suitable rental property. In contrast to a couple of other agencies I contacted, it was clear that they listened and took my requirements into account. They were also very efficient in terms of regular communication and keeping the process moving along at a good pace. Huge thanks!

GoogleCluttons did a fantastic job selling my flat which just sold. They have helped me manage the property since 2011. The team were professional and I highly recommend them. Please, please if you are taking the time to read these reviews because you’re considering any interaction or business with this underhanded cowboy company take heed! From soaring, unjustified or explained management fees, to being uncontactable, not assessing pressing issues and charging for maintenance issues that don’t exist and a disappearing sinking fund, our list of problems due to their mismanagement is huge. When we have asked for an audit of their expenditure of OUR money they say they audit themselves! Do not get involved with anything that gives them access to bill you.

GoogleThere are many estate agents in Shad Thames /TowerBridge area and I would only recommend 2. One of which is Cluttons. Mostly due to George Barker whom I found to be extremely helpful, straightforward and professional.

GoogleLucinda has been amazing in helping us find a property. She was quick to call back for viewings & has been incredibly patient with all my questions! No request is too small and even at 6pm on a Friday evening, she's still making time for us! Could not recommend her & Cluttons enough. Especially given the incredibly fast paced London rental market. Thank you 😊

GoogleI bought my Shad Thames flat with Cluttons in 2005, rented it with them as managing agents 2011-2023 and sold it through them in 2023. The sale was handled by Alex Chapalain, who was responsive, empathetic and pragmatic in making sure we got the deal done. I recommend the professionalism and responsiveness of the Cluttons Tower Bridge team, and in particular Alex.

Disorganised and unprofessional. Horrible communication and stalling practices when it comes to having appartment issues solved. No ownership and laughable excuses when you enquire as to why your issue hasn’t been addressed for over 5 month (with constant reminders).

George was highly professional, and committed and managed to navigate a process which was complex and tricky, with a number of obstacles along the way. Thanks to his dedication, expertise and commitment it resulted in the succesfull sale of my flat. I am very appreciative to him and the team at Cluttons and would reccomend them as selling agents.

GoogleFrancesca was the agent who helped us with the search and she's just the sweetest, a good listener and very tentative with our needs. Communication was also great since a lot of it was through Whatsapp and she's able to propose properties and send over videos. She really goes the extra mile and wants the best for you. We didn't end up finding our apartment with her but I definitely recommend her!
