FacebookAvoid buying or renting from Cluttons at all means!! They will try to sell you or make you rent a flat at any cost even if it involves lying to the buyer/renter. If any complaints, they prefer to blame the buyer/renter rather than admitting their own mistake and find a solution. This level of service should not be acceptable when dealing with high end (or any kind) properties in London, even less so considering the fees we pay them!!

GoogleI've known Chris Mulry, at Cluttons, for several years and during that time he has helped me with property searches. I have found him to be trustworthy and a source of honest advice.

GoogleI have been looking for properties to invest in for the past 3 months and dealt with Sally she is very professional and honest, the best experience I have had in a long time with agents in London and mostly W2.

GoogleSuper proffesional stuff. I've been looking for a property couple of months ago and I was working with Sally during my property search. She was one of the most caring and helpful members. Special thanks to Sally and cluttons family for their kind consideration.

FacebookBE AWARE OF FAKE LISTINGS! Many of the rental propeties this agency puts on Zoopla are fake and do not exist. A Simple tactic to attract customers which would normally not go to Cluttons because the only properties Cluttons has are really crappy and in a very bad condition.

FacebookIn my experience don't respond to emails, or keep promises. Appear to do the worst for both the client and the tenant but as long as they make money it's ok right?
