GoogleRenting in London is never simple, and when technical glitches hit the referencing system, it could have easily turned into a horrendous experience. However, thanks to the tireless efforts of Amelie and her team, everything was sorted out smoothly. Her devotion to ensuring our rental application went through was second to none, especially while juggling annual leave too! It was a great experience working with Amelie.

She responded to every query promptly and always went above and beyond to get things sorted. She kept me updated throughout the process, regularly providing progress updates from the vendor and ensuring I was always kept in the loop. When Abby was away, Laura was equally helpful and made sure everything continued to run smoothly. I really appreciate the excellent service I received from both of them. I consider myself a high maintenance client, and Peter at the Wapping office was supportive and extremely responsive. In fact, when I was unable to see the flat in-person he so kindly took a video - before and after professional cleaning - and shared on WhatsApp. I can confidently say Peter went above and beyond. GoogleWe relocated from the US and handled the entire letting process with a 7 hour time difference. Chealsie and Charlotte were an amazing team to work with. They’re both very professional, friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job orchestrating everything from abroad. We had an urgent timeline and could easily have been an immensely stressful undertaking was made relatively easy thanks to working with these two.

GoogleCharlotte and Chealsie are fabulous. They are efficient and helpful and amongst the best estate agents I have dealt with. Their communication is timely and nothing is too much trouble. They really go the extra mile, responding to questions and issues outside of working hours. If you want trust worthy, fair and proactive estate agents then they are for you.
