GoogleFrom the first day that I contacted choices in search of a property they where very helpful from that day up untill I actually moved in. The staff are very friendly and supportive, always by your side each step of the way from the croydon branch up to the head office, honestly if wasn't for them I would probably still be in search for a property I would recommend them to any one in need of a property thank you very much choices. GoogleIs a terrible agency they tell you lies there are alot of hidden fees that you have no need to pay and try to keep your deposit. Very unprofessional,customers service unhelpful

GoogleBoth Chris and James worked their upmost to assist me in looking for a property to rent. They show an empathy and helpful attidude that is hard to find in some estate agents. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a rental property !

GoogleTerrible experience. Let a flat with them as a landlord for 2 plus years. Very good when they are receiving their commission. But soon lost interest when the tenants they supposedly reference checked decided to squat. Tenants left the property in a total mess and I never received any of the deposit despite repeated e-mails to Choices. Avoid.

GoogleThis is the worst agent I ever seen. The carpet was dirty and the boiler has been broken for one month, but they still have not decided to repair!

GoogleI have been very impressed with all of the team at Choices Croydon in particular Will Donkor. Along all steps of the process for rental he was professional and always kept me updated(even better than my previous agent). Every call I made or email to Will was dealt with professionally and promptly. We had a slight concern with our last rental at quite a late stage and I actually said to my wife, "I am not worried, I have full confidence in Will and I know he will sort this out" and I was right. He became the one person in the whole chain that I could trust and rely on for information. I would highly recommend the whole team to other people. I wouldn't hesitate to use Choices Croydon again and I would highly recommend you Choices and their agents, specially Will Donkor. Regards Marian

GooglePosting for a colleague: "When I moved in to my flat I was happy with the service I had been provided. Unfortunately, however, just before Christmas, someone in the area gained a leak. This person's leak is above my bathroom somewhere. The agent has been trying to tell me that until the leak's been fixed, there's nothing they can do. Since just before Christmas, my bathroom has gone from an inanimate room with a minor drip to being perhaps another month away from sentience. The mould has been steadily building up, and while I would love to welcome this new creature, now named Dave, into my abode, I'm not sure we'll get on well as my eczema has returned. This estate agent has no interest in my well-being; rather it wants me to stay there quietly so it can collect its profit each month."

Grant at Choices Caterham helped us sell our property when our existing agent was not able to. He was thoroughly proactive and helpful. I would definitely recommend him. When our sale was progressing we were kept up to date with the sales progression team. All in all a very good experience with this agent who sold our property.

GoogleI had the worst experience in my life renting a flat with this company. Thanks to the deposit scheme I could get my deposit back. The company start claiming money from fees and other staff. The deposit scheme gave me back all. Also, during my tenancy they enter several times with no notice. Be very careful if you are trying to rent a flat with them

GoogleStay well clear of these rip off merchants,had to take them through the tds to get my deposit back. Once they have your money their not interested in any issues you may have. Lies from start to finish from a bunch of incompetent cowboys.
Dear Sue, we are very sorry you feel this way, as an agent we cannot force our landlords to return a deposit if they feel they have a claim, that’s why the TDS is there, to settle these kinds of disputes. We don’t benefit in any way from the process and merely present the facts. If you feel you have been mistreated in any way please contact our customer service department and we will investigate further.

GoogleNever had such a bad , awful, disgusting services, worked to hard to save money and book a property this people took my money and told me 9 days before my movement that " unfortunately we are not able to give you this studio and the money are not refundable " They clearly don't take the responsibility of their mistakes.
