GoogleI have had excellent service from choices especially Olivia who has helped me through the rental process after being a homeowner for 23 years , nothing was too much trouble and fantastic customer services good vapour with her clients . Always returned her calls nothing was too much trouble .

GoogleWould give minus stars if I could. Appalling customer service, no communication (Every time I call they seem to be in court) , disorganised and deceiving. They have lied about signing new contracts, overcharged and never received full reimbursement. If you're buying / selling a house I cannot urge you enough not to use them. Use anyone else.... Their current rating does not represent their current levels of service.

GoogleI was a bit worried about letting my property out at first as I lived in it previously but Phillipa reassured me it would be fine and it has been. Her and her team were able to find professional tenants and achieved a very good price. I am really pleased with the service I have had and if I buy any investments in the future then I will be using Phillipa at Choices again!

GoogleI've been renting through choices for 7 years and I honestly don't have a single positive comment. The latest nightmare I've been put though I'm hoping will be my last. They will happily take your money but won't provide you with any help. They NEVER phone back when they say they will, every person you talk to gives you a different story. I've been left hanging for months now as noone has the decency to make contact with me and I refuse to call after the way I was spoken to last time. The branch need some serious training in customer service. If I ever spoke to customers the way I was spoken to I wouldn't still have a job.

GoogleI have been dealing with Tobi at choices and my experience has been extremely pleasurable and stress free. I contacted him to come and value my property. He managed to fit me around his busy schedule at short notice and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in putting my property with him over the other agents I had attend. It is now on the market and I look forward to dealing with Tobi and the rest of the choices team.

GoogleI came into branch and was welcomed by Ashleigh. She was so helpful in finding me somewhere to rent I needed to move ASAP and she found a property for me straight away. Explained all the fees and rent so I understood clearly. And was able to answer any questions I had lovely lady.

GoogleWasn't quite sure if I wanted to use choices after reading some of the reviews however what a terrific service it was. Liam my letting agent manage to find me a perfect property not only that he was also very knowledgeable about the schools amenities and neighbourhoods. Love our new house in Crawley. We are highly recommends choices and Liam to friends

GoogleI was dealing with Italia. Very friendly staff who were great to work with. When an issue was identified they worked tirelessly and really went above and beyond to rectify it including helping me empty a van load of furniture to save me having to do it alone. Honestly the most personable, professional and pleasant estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of using. Would strongly recommend.

GoogleI used this agency whilst renting a flat, the landlord and I experienced very conflicting stories from the agency. Choices seem to rely on employing people with little or no experience which is fine, but training is required. I emailed my issues to the MD, who initially was very hesitate, unwilling and protective over her team - however openly admitted that her whole team needed training!!! If you like a circus - this is a great show for Crawley town centre!
