GoogleI can not fault the service I have received from Choices in Croydon and in particular Joshua. I was in a tricky situation and needed to move quickly. With Joshua's 'can do' approach I was moved in quickly and easily. Everything Joshua promised to check and do he did, without me having to chase him and I felt I had his support even out of hours. Helpful, efficient and delivered on everything- Thank you!!

GoogleLooking for a flat is a very stressful experience and I was struggling to find an estate agent that I trusted. Will Dunken from Choices was extremely helpful, his communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and I felt very comfortable to ask him any question I had (not that there was much as he explained everything I needed to know in full detail), he was very flexible which is what I needed due to have a young child and working. He made moving house completely hassle free and ensured that I was settled. I would highly recommend Choices especially Will, I have nothing but praise for him and he is a credit to the company.

GoogleI feel they stole £1000 from me! I made an offer and the salesman said that we needed to put £1000 as a deposit. I was surprised because I had never been required for this in other house purchase. He said that if anything went wrong this deposit would be refundable. But later when there was a problem, the salesman went on leave for two weeks and no one ever returned my email or call! Now we still don't know whether we will get our deposit back. The property is back to market now but they still hold our deposit and no one ever responded to me!

GoogleI would like to give a massive thanks to Lauren Boardman(Customer Services). I have had so many issues reported since moving into the property and since dealing with Lauren I have not had one regrettable issue. She has maintained frequent communication even when there is no update! I cannot fault the time or effort she has put into dealing with my queries. I would recommend Choices to my colleagues, friends and family. Thanks again.

He is very thorough and enthusiastically goes about his work, always responding very quickly when contacted and he will see any issue through, to an end positive result. He is a smart, polite, professional and very pleasant young man. He is credit to the Choices group.

GoogleWill Donker is still a 5 star agent no doubt. Unfortunately another agent was looking after my property and the service provided was woeful. No feedback constantly me chasing up. 2 months on still looking for a tenant stringing me along mentioning a client which they were finalising references on - nothing materialised. Placed with another agency, great tenants found in less than a week. Conclusion if you are a landlord and are looking for tenants through Choices Will Donker is the guy to use else try someone else.

Googlewe wanted to find a good place and got lucky with meeting Will Dockor. we cant thank Will enough. A first class professional who really cares about his customers. GoogleI am absolutely satisfied with this company and highly recommend them. I would mostly like to thank Will donkor, he was amazing, helped with with the whole process from start to finish. He listened to my specifications and made sure I got exactly what was right for me. He was always calm and stayed with me through out the whole process calling to update me everyday and was always ready to answer and questions I had until I had my keys in hand. Thanks again Will you were a great help to me really appreciate it.

GoogleCalled to tell them I was going to be 10 minutes late for a viewing 30 minutes before the viewing to be told the viewing had been cancelled and no one had told me. Awful.

GoogleAWFUL!!! This would be a '0' rating if possible. Arranged a viewing for the next day, informing them I had significant distance to travel, only to be called up at 45 minutes notice the next day to cancel. Complete wasted journey. If you're looking to put your money into a property then don't put it through them. Absolutely no effort to fix problem. It was very clear to me that the agent has just double booked her slot and played it both ways. If they can't even get a viewing right then how would they get any part of the process right.

GoogleI really don't like this estate agent. Even though the staff are friendly this doesn't help them from doing their job properly. They are so slow at getting the house clean and ready for move in and going through the referencing process. I am fed up with it and they mislead me and didn't reveal all fees such as paying an extra £50 a month for having a guarantor in place. I do not recommend this agent at all and avoid it if possible.
