GoogleNicole Inkpen have been very helpful in regards to providing me the necessary documents I need in relation to my legal requirements like copy of my tenancy agreement and letter from landlord. She promptly answer my email and did her best to accomodate my questions and concerns. thank you Nicole!

GoogleI almost gave up all hopes of ever renting a property in London, that was until I spoke to Will in Choices, He made it sound like it was nothing and true to his words I can now say I got to rent a property in London and a property I am very much satisfied with. The whole team were professional from the start until the keys were handed over to me. All I have to say is thank you Choices and would if you really want to rent a place I would say look no further than Choices, they give you all the choices. Thank you once again Choices.

GoogleDo not use for renting a property, they are completely unhelpful when things go wrong with a tenant and their customer service skills are non existent. They charge high rates for what they do, they have poor service and money gets "lost" in their bank account when it should be passed on to the property owner. My advice is stay clear and go elsewhere

GoogleHorrible customer sevices. Never call back even they promised. I have to call several times to get the home address I want to view. Really bad customer sevices . So rule with the customer. Never again!

GoogleI agree with other reviewers. I rented my flat out for 12 months through Choices and they were hopeless. Poor communication, very rare call-backs, needed constant chasing, regular late payments from tenant despite paying "full management" fees. Need I say more. Look elsewhere. You've been warned!

GoogleSimply OUTRAGEOUS service and not reliable. I came all the way down from North London to Croydon for a viewing that I have confirm before leaving. The viewing has been canceled by Choices as I was already waiting at the property with excuse that they didn't had the key to get in (as estate agent, I would assume that this is the king of thing they need to check more than 10mn before a viewing). They didn't apologies or feel sorry- Lost my money and my time. I would rely on previous review and use other professional estate agent in Croydon. RUN AWAY

GoogleHad a really bad experience with Choices since the very first day. The only competent person I found was Will, who tried to help me in all situations. I would rate him 5* if I could! People from head office are awful. I hope I won't need to deal with them ever again!
