GoogleAs a tenant in a property managed by Choices Estate Agents I am very happy with the level of service. The Portfolio Manager Robyn Copperthwaite has been so incredibly efficient and so incredibly kind to me since the day I moved in. Everything I have asked for has always been done. The communication has been excellent and I feel truly looked after. I am very grateful to Robyn for his continuous commitment to me as a tenant. To know I can go to him with any issues that arise and to know they will be resolved with efficiency and kindness means so much to me. He is reliable and consistent and great at what he does.

GoogleWe meet Grant Brown and Nicola MacDonald from Choices estate agents when looking for a property. Our search was in the Sanderstead, South Croydon, Purely and Caterham areas which there South Croydon branch covers. From our first contact with Grant he took the time to understand what it was that we were looking for and this ultimately led us to the lovely house we now own. We had been looking for a while with other agents and had started to feel like we were waisting our time. Grant then talked with us about a lady’s property that was just about to come off the market it sounded perfect for us! He managed to get us in for a viewing really quickly . The house was just what we were looking for! Grant and Nicola were very helpful and professional throughout the process. communication was excellent. Any issues answered quickly and throughly. It was a very positive experience with Nicola and Grant. Thank you both very much

GoogleI would advise landlords to be very cautious when dealing with this company and not to trust advertisements promising 12 months’ rent paid in advance. They rented my property to an agency that placed three different families in the house. I was charged around £4,500 per year in management fees, yet they did not inspect the property even once during the year. When the tenants left, the property was in a very poor condition, and I had to spend around £10,000 on repairs and refurbishment. After this, the company also sent me an invoice for approximately £11,000, claiming it was for unpaid rent owed by their tenants. My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

We are very sorry you had a poor experience, this is not the case with the great majority of our many thousands of landlords and tenants, we have looked into your situation and see you were offered our rent guarantee but decided against it. If were any mistakes we made or lessons we can learn, we will do so but in the meantime we wish you well for the future.

Hi Roger, I understand your concern. There are cheaper agents and more expensive ones, it’s a value proposition. We are the only one who gives you the option of a years rent in advance
