Googlemy experience with choices has been a very good one i have been renting for a year (my first time private rental main thing for me (being an old dinosaur ) is that i can call and speak to someone and always get friendly reception and any queries i have have to say thank you to aAmy francis for her very professional and personal approach to people

GoogleBrilliant! We recently used Choices (Dan Skegg) to sell a property in Croydon, the process was made very complicated because of the history of the property and then the Covid Pandemic. Choices found a buyer just as the economy took a dive, mortgages went up, and we had 3 Prime Ministers in as many months. Not an easy market! Choices show excellent skill and knowledge and most of all serious perseverance!!! We got the price we wanted and we could not recommend Choices and Dan too highly. Brilliant performance!

GoogleWe have just today moved into our new home. Sold by choices. They were wonderful! When putting in the offer, we spoke with Dan Norris and Dan Skegg. Both were excellent. They explained the process so simply, and we felt confident putting an offer in. We then had to negotiate money off the property and multiple surveys. Again, they were both supportive, understanding and helpful. We never felt pressured or rushed. They worked hard to get the sale done at a price that suited everyone. We trusted the two of them 100%. We then worked with Nicky (I think) who was brilliant in helping us set a completion and exchange date. She helped us with a very tricky solicitor, and made the process 100 times easier. Between the three of them, they got us our perfect forever home. They went above and beyond for us, whilst being so professional, and so friendly. If we had have had a different team, I don't think we would be in this home. If we ever sell, we will use choices!
