I have just completed the buying process with Choices Sutton and I do have a really amazing experience to share. Although Gabriella is not the staff helping us in the very beginning, she provides a really good service before and after we officially exchanged contract with the seller. Very Bad and Fake agent. Unprofessional negotiators they don't no how to talk and how to write mails. I never recommend this agent to anyone, simply say "beware of choices".They provide flat on rent to me in Sutton without cleaning, with fake EICR report(wires coming out of switches), broken furniture, mould after shifting moving date multiple times.

Highly recommend Choices Sutton! Gabriella responded to our initial house hunt enquiry within 12 hours, and had us booked in for a viewing the following day before our property formally went to market. Gabriella was helpful throughout the offer process, even texting us at 8pm and 7am to keep us posted on negotiations. Our onward chain was complicated (due to the sellers/agents higher up) and by all accounts Choices managed this very well. Nicola was really helpful in dealing with uncommunicative parties further up the chain, and gave us updates as and when she could. Gabriella even dropped us a text when on holiday to check in on us. When we finally exchange and completed on our purchase, it was evident that Gabriella and Nicola were genuinely happy for us. Buying a house is a stressful process. If you want a team with good communication and excellent knowledge of the local market, Choices Sutton are for you.

Please do not rent from this company! I was renting from them for about 10 years and it was nothing but disappointment. I had many issues with the flat ie heating wasn’t working, the door handle was broken, the floor was damaged because of the broken pipe but they simply ignored my complaints. Finally they were trying to force me to stay in the flat with small children while fire safety works were being done and of course keep paying rent . The work supposed to take up to 2 months, which is simply immoral! I had no choice but to move out. I have moved out more than a month ago and they still didn’t return my deposit. No explanation, no reason. Really unprofessional and immoral company, please be aware.

One of the amazing team. Our purchase is the trickiest one due to its complexity and dealt smoothly all these months and we are in New Home before Christmas. Dan is so helpful from the day that we made our offer. NICOLA, from the Sales Progession team handled all the complex queries for the past 6 months as our house move has been going through, I must highlight as there was lots of back and forth queries due to the nature of the tricky sale. She is patient and persistent to solve all issues and they were always available at the end of the phone or email and would always call back with news and updates. Even after the sale process they are kind enough to support which is remarkable from Nicola. I would avoid these guys at all cost, not sure if all the branches are the same but the Redhill branch however is hand full, Very unprofessional bunch of clowns. Reason being they handed the property to me not properly cleaned and paint spillage over the kitchen floor etc, when it came to the end of my contract which was in December 2022 I asked about my deposit and was told it’s being processed . 2 months went by and I heard nothing back and then called there office and was told the landlords in the middle of making a claim towards my deposit for what ever reason, they listed a bunch of stuff that wasn't true and couldn’t back it up because they didn’t update issues we reported previously on inventory 😂 long story short they made a long list of claims but thankfully there deposit holder are experienced enough to realise what they are doing I got my deposit last week which took about 3 months ! and handed me back almost all of my money back ! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
