All started off great until about 3 weeks into the tenancy. I was told that the landlord had issued court documents to Century 21 Goodmayes (agent) and I had to vacate the property within days. Ever since then I’ve been trying to recover my deposit of £1800 without success. Century are saying the Landlord won’t reply to thier correspondence and my deposit is tied up with some moody looking DPS company which makes it almost impossible to get your deposit back… The whole thing seems to be a con, and I will be seeking legal advice to try and get my money back.

Initially I had a bad experience but when I contacted paulina directly she was very efficient and helpful aswell as having a lovly landlord made it easier for me to choose.

WARNING -Keep clear of this agency. Not all is what it seems. Very fake and unprofessional people. They are fast to take your money. After which, the games begin and it’s too late. Such a dishonest company. Dealing with these people was draining, frustrating and the one of the worst decisions iv made. And also affected me financially. There are other estate agents in the area that are much better and professional. Don’t get sucked in by the fake smiles and promises.

These guys are an absolute clown show to be honest. They claim to be selling agents but from what ive seen, they couldn't sell water to a dehydrated man in the desert! They have 10 properties on Rightmove for sale and only 2 are sold!! The pictures they use in their adverts are shocking! and they don't use floorplans either.. Honestly, they're attempt at marketing it childish at best.. I looked at using them but chose Sandra Davidson instead.

Do not use this estate agent, expect you to be psychic, and landed changed his mind after being accepted and when asking for move date they cancel. Very difficult to get through as they don answer calls or emails.

It is the ideal place to stay.The bus is just 20 seconds walk and takes you all over London including to the subway where you find all the lines! Battersea has a big park a big mall many restaurants Pubs and coffee places nice walks along the ri erside and best of all a quiet plsce to sleep peacefully. I'm glad I found this place couldn't have been better thank you team you are so efficient and organized!

An unforgettable holiday in every way. A splendid view of the Mediterranean, a comfortable and very functional apartment. An exceptionally beautiful setting and truly special moments shared with my daughter. What stands out are the many qualities of Christopher and Jameson: kindness, professionalism, responsiveness, and warm support throughout our stay. We highly recommend them. Honestly one of the smoothest transactions that I’ve had! The securing the property process was so quick, updated with all of the information without having to chase the agency, and now that we have moved in anytime we have an issue the agency is amazing at getting everything sorted! Even if the landlord is not being responsive they take action after taking all of the required steps to hear back! So they will definitely look after you and still do what’s best for the landlord too! Paulina deserves some flowers from the company as she has been amazing with everything! And Sunny too!
