Very unproffessional service...many unreturned calls in relation to a leak from a landlords property that they represent. Leak has caused much damage to a neighbours property but Agency has not been forthcoming with feedback from their plumber that came to check property...this is still ongoing after almost 3 months!

Panos your guidance on how to approach the sale, Russell your excellent communication skills made the process of selling my home seamless. Not least the fact that my home needed sprucing up before selling and the assistance both you gave with this. Although I was not able to be present for the sale process, your efficient and prompt communication was a great relief to what could have been a very stressful period. On a personal note, Russell, you have the best written and spoken communication skills I have every encountered in the real estate industry. I needed tenants for my property at short notice and the guys at castles did an absolutely fantastic job of finding them for me. Within a week they had no less than three options to fill my 3 bed house. The service from Russell, Noura and Panos was friendly, highly professional and easy to use at every stage. I would thoroughly recommend them and will definitely go to them again in the future. Thanks for the great service guys!

The team at Castles were very helpful right from the beginning of our buying process. We unfortunately had a delay in our purchase, but Bruno was always on hand to answer any questions and help move the situation along when possible. Having previously sold a property before, I was blown away by the stark contrast in service Castles were able to provide. The perception of Estate Agents to over promise and under deliver could not have been further from the truth. In my view Property Consultants and a head above the rest. I must give a special thank you to Bruno, who went above and beyond the call of duty to get to a completion date within 11 weeks of our property going on to the market with a chain of 4. Exceptional.

Really good service from Bruno - excellent in all respects. Quick to deal with our queries and get answers from vendor, very helpful assistance with damp + timber survey. Patient and understanding when faced with delays on our side and multiple requests for surveyor access. Heartily recommended.

We are incredibly thankful for the way in which Cristal and George at Castles in Tottenham assisted us with the purchase of our home. From the start they were warm and friendly in their approach and efficient and professional in the service they provided. Our selling and purchasing process was difficult for a number of reasons and George and Cristal were consistently supportive and helpful throughout. We truly believe that if it wasn't for their hard work and determination the purchase of our house would have fallen through. They went above and beyond what was expected of them and were always available when we needed to talk to them. Above all else, they are just lovely, genuine people.

I just bought my first flat in Tottenham and Bruno at Castles Estate Agents was a dream to work with. He and George helped me through the whole process and made it a great experience for me and the vendor. They are genuine and knowledgeable which is very rare when it comes to estate agents (I met a few bad ones in my property search!)

The Castles team (George, Bruno and Crystal) is delightful - friendly, helpful but above all, very efficient, hard working and on the ball. Very different from a standard estate agent. Impressive and highly recommended. The service I received was excellent. I sold my house immediately (first viewing) with Bruno as agent. Make sure you use this outstanding team!

What can I say a totally excellent, professional and impressive service from George and his experienced team. We were selling at a difficult time, with the market depressed by Brexit, but the advice that we received was spot-on, and we achieved our sale at a good price, just when we needed it. No crazy promises over unachievable prices, no pressure, no panics. Highly recommended!
