GoogleI wanted to specifically leave feedback based on my experience of working with the team at Brown & Merry in relation to my recent move into a rental property. Specifically want to highlight Eliot Mortimer, who has been nothing short of exceptional. During every step he has been so helpful, diligent and professional. The sheer speed in which the process has completed E2E has been phenomenal, from the point of viewing the property, to contacting the landlord, getting the deposit arrangement agreed, to the signing of the agreement to picking the keys up 24 hrs earlier has helped me immensely. Thank you Eliot, and would certainly recommend Brown & Merry to anyone looking rent or buy :-)

GoogleMy family have been using Brown & Merry since before Google reviews even existed, my parents first worked with them back in the late 80s when they helped them move into our home on Mill View Road. Now, decades later, I’ve come back to them to start a new chapter and sell that same property, and the experience has been just as excellent as ever. A special mention to Jamie, Zack and Amir, who have all been fantastic throughout the process, quick, clear, supportive, and genuinely easy to work with. The sale is moving fast, and I’m really pleased with how smoothly everything has gone. I’m now looking forward to the next steps in leaving the property, and I’m grateful to have Brown & Merry guiding the process once again. Highly recommended.

GoogleCannot speak highly enough of Jodie at the Aylesbury branch. Was recently relocating back to Aylesbury for work and looking for a good rental property, and Jodie was absolutely amazing in organising online viewings and sorting all the necessary paperwork for me. Every time there was a problem she was there to help and support. Have dealt with many of the local agents in the past, and Brown & Merry are by far the best, 100% would recommend.

GoogleCredit where credit is due! My parents have recently found their dream house in Devon and needed to act quickly to make the move happen. From first contact with Matthew he understood the urgency to get their house up on the market and to try and generate a quick sale that financially worked for them so as they could have an offer accepted on the house in Devon. After 46 years in our family home it is a hugely emotional move for them. Hannah and Maisie met them and talked through the open day, which they tailored to ensure only serious buyers who were already in a position to move were shown around. The open day was a huge success and offers came in. Both Hannah and Maisie have been on hand to answer any questions and guide my parents through the process smoothly and at pace to ensure that they are always in position for the next stages, all the time Matthew has been in contact to ensure everything is going as hoped for. They are currently SSTC, surveys arranged on all properties and all paperwork up to date so fingers crossed a completion date will soon be given. From first meeting with Matthew, up till now, has currently been just over 5 weeks so with a bit of luck we could see completion before 12 weeks 🤞 I cannot thank Matthew, Hannah and Maisie enough for their professionalism, friendly, sympathetic and engaging support along the way so far. We would 100% recommend Leighton Buzzard’s Brown & Merry team. Hopefully we will be able to work with them again when we make our own move down to Devon in the near future too! Ryan Horne
