GoogleWithin two days of instructing Brockenhurst to put my property on the market, Rhys had conducted two viewings and sold to the property at asking price. The viewings were gained by the team ringing round potential buyers and asking if they wanted to view. At this point, no photos or videos of the property were taken.
Once the offer was accepted, we moved within eight weeks. The team kept us updated throughout and communicated exceptionally well. So from putting the house on the market, accepting the offer, completing, and exchanging it was only 53 days! It would not have been that quick had it not been for the exceptional service of this amazing company!

GoogleFrom the very first interaction with Sarah I felt that these were the agents for me. I felt so listened too and this was proven when Sarah found our dream home. We were also selling and I was kept updated all throughout the process, the communication and response rate was outstanding (which is what I asked for).
All the team were great but a massive thank you goes to Aidan who was just fantastic; before we went to market we had a number of people lined up to view our property and we received an offer, unfortunately this and a subsequent offer were then withdrawn. Feeling discouraged and worried we would lose our dream home Aidan kept me calm and was just full of positivity and kept me updated every step of the way. We then secured another buyer after a 2nd round of viewings one weekend. This was my first time selling and buying at the same time and although stressful at times it was comforting to know that this team were pulling out all the stops to make it happen.
As we made our way through the process Dawn really leant in and supported us and chased up solicitors where needed and helped us secure a completion date sooner than we anticipated! Amazing! Overall we are so glad we chose Brockenhurst to support us and would recommend them to anyone. Just feeling like they genuinely cared about our move throughout and the texts and call of congratulations after were lovely to receive. A very professional and friendly team and we are super grateful.

GoogleI've had an extremely disappointing experience with Brokenhurst estate agents.They recently demanded payment for a service, yet at no point did they issue an invoice, contract, or any clear breakdown of charges beforehand. Despite repeated requests for clarification and formal documentation, none was provided.
This approach is completely unprofessional and raises serious concerns about transparency and proper business practices. No one should be expected to hand over money without clear, documented communication about what is being charged and why.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this agency. Always insist on everything in writing and don’t assume that just because they’re in a position of authority, their processes are sound. My trust in this company has been completely eroded.
