Very friendly and helpful from arranging the viewings to communication with queries about the property through the journey. Easily approachable even for someone, like myself, with zero experience in buying a property.
Used their in-house Mortgage Adviser/Broker and recommended solicitors and have no bad feelings about any of it. All very open and have taken me through the process step by step with constant updates.

GoogleAlthough I didn't wind up using them again this time. Every interaction I have had with Brian Holt has been excellent. Having to use other estate agents has highlighted this. They are open about fees, prompt and communicate appropriately.
Although I was disappointed to miss out on the property because the Landlord wanted a family in which I felt was a little unfair being a young professional, I can't fault BH for their service and quick communication. They are the only estate agents I think I could actually recommend.

Overall good agency to rent with. They have replied to every question I asked them and keep being helpful. The only thing which I would suggest to improve is the response time and advance clarity around what the landlord agrees to do regarding property management. Examples would include decorating, household electronics replacement and etc. It would save time for everyone involved into process and d would set up tenants' expectations in advance of their rent start date. Everything else is great. They always turn up on time for viewing, it is easy to make an appointment, they always pass my questions to the landlord. I would recommend them in future.
