GoogleDo not use this letting agent. They took my money and left me in the lurch. They do not pay rent over as soon as it is received. The lettings team are absolutely useless I am suing for my money to be returned

Googlehelped sell my house quickly for a good price just when I needed. Fees weren't the cheapest but were more than acceptable considering the interest generated, the amount of viewings and subsequent sale price, all over a short period of time. Thank you :o)

They were extremely efficient in all areas, as well as being helpful and friendly. Ultimately, Brian Holt made what is a stressful experience as straightforward as possible. GoogleSuch lovely and helpful staff, who were very accommodating and found me and my partner a property that fit all our requirements in a short amount of time. Very very happy with the service provided, will definitely be coming back here when we finally get a mortgage rather than just a rental property. Cannot recommend highly enough

We are incredibly happy with the service we receive from Brian Holt, the team in Earlsdon are always friendly and approachable with any concerns we've had in the property we rent. Due to the both of us being graduates we have had experience with five different estate agencies and Brian Holt is hands down the best one. They contact us immediately with any corrospondence and obviously it varies based on your landlord but we were able to find a property that allowed pets so I could take my sixteen year old cat with me to our new home. It took over two years to find a property that would allow pets at all but to the team at Brian Holt and our landlord it was no bother at all. Highly recommended, currently we are saving for a mortgage and couldn't think of any other agency to go with.

GoogleI have attended 2 viewings this week one with the Earlsdon office and one with the City centre office and the agent didn't turn up both times. The Earlsdon office had a record of my viewing but no agent available the Coventry office had no record of my viewing at all. I have now wasted about 1 hour on both of theses appointments. I hope the vendors are aware of why their properties are not selling!

I have been renting property for several years and have therefore experienced a variety in the quality of customer service from letting agents. The team at Brian Holt in Earlsdon were excellent and really helpful, the best team I have rented a property through!

Anna and the team at Brian Holt were simply fantastic. As the buyer of a property listed with Brian Holt, Anna was very professional and fair in the bidding process. We encountered some problems with the move as our initial buyer pulled out just before exchange, then our second buyers mortgage application was delayed for some time. Naturally, Anna needed to ensure that her clients interests were protected, but really went the extra mile in liaising with the various parties involved to help push the deal through. Without Anna's intervention, I believe that things could have turned out very differently. She clearly has a lot of experience in the industry, knows how to deal with solicitors, brokers, etc and is very prompt in her communications. I used an online agent to sell my property. Whilst I have no complaints in terms of how they dealt with our sale, the best endorsement I can give Anna is that I would use Brian Holt in the future. Price is what you pay and value is what you get. I would go as far to say that Anna is not only the best estate agent I have dealt with, but also provided the best customer service experience that I have received, irrespective of industry.

I have used Brian Holt in Earlsdon as my letting agent for many years now. I met 3 companies when making my choice. They were by far the most professional and delivered on their promises on the rental figure and tenants. My property has only been empty for 3 months. There is usually a choice of quality tenants. Any problems are dealt with as quickly as possible. Good range of contractors.

We took on Brian Holts after good reports from our next door neighbours, who purchased through them. Julie's local experience led to a realistic view of price and potential, and a good brochure with photos exploiting our property's potential for a buyer. We had a wealth of viewers, which Sarah handled very well (although on the first visit when Ken turned up we thought he was a buyer!), When we accepted an offer, Anna was excellent at keeping us up to date with progress, and chasing down legal activity. Regrettably our buyer withdrew, so we will be starting again in the New Year, however we are happy to be with a great team!

We asked Brian Holt to sell our house because they were an independent and local company with a good reputation. They were very efficient and were able to produce a very good and comprehensive leaflet with all the features and details of our property with beautiful photographs. From the outset the staff kept us informed of interested buyers and arranged viewings and follow up reports so that we were always kept in the picture. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout offering excellent advice and help on all matters to do with the sale and moving.
