I used this agent to sell my Mothers house . They produced a good set of photos which showed the property at its best and an excellent set of accurate details with no typographical errors. .It was placed on the market within 3 days and sold very quickly. I was informed. about the progress of the sale at every stage and I could not have wished for better service. I would recommend this agent to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property

It was a pleasure to deal with real people rather than the stereotypical pushy salesmen estate agent approach. Anna was the crucial lynchpin in our sale (covering much of our solicitor's responsibilities too!) and eased the whole process. Julie and Sarah were always professional and friendly; the whole team quickly built up a rapport and we then established open and transparent communications. Having used two other Estate Agents in Kenilworth (to buy and sell), we can honestly say that Brian Holt are head and shoulders above the competition!

Having been in my property for 32 years I found the selling process and purchase of another property a very stressful experience due to the length of time taken by the conveyancers but I can honestly say the process was made a lot easier by the calm and professional way that Brian Holt estate agents handled the whole process.. My contact, Anna Withers, continually pushed the process forward and was always calm and reassuring. It was a pleasure to deal with her and the rest of the team who were always friendly and professional.

As a Canadian expat, having rented in the UK for the past year and a half, I found the overall experience difficult, to say the least. I have dealt with two real estate agencies in the past and Brian Holt was definitely the better of the two. A bit more personable, seemed to care at least a little bit more for the tenant, provided more convenient payment methods for the deposit and the first month's rent, etc. The process of renting was quite transparent and they were timely in getting back to me.

Sarah at Brian Holt has been so helpful with my search for a property after my relocation fro London to Coventry. I met Sarah by chance when the allocated person who was due to show me around a house in Earlsdon was running late so Sarah came to do the viewing. During the viewing, Sarah picked up instantly on my needs and what my requirements were. She made me feel at ease and that I was right in waiting for the right property to buy. It was to my delight that when I requested a viewing with Brian Holt for a property a few weeks later in Earlsdon where I live, Sarah was conducting the viewings. She made the time to speak to me even though it was a group booking and also allowed time for my daughter to travel from University in Birmingham later that day to accompany me on a second viewing before closing time. Whilst I did not go with the property concerned, Sarah still contacted me to discover if I had found a property, which I have and went further to check the area, price and location to ensure I had a good buy! This is customer service at its best and I will be returning to Brian Holt in the future whether that's to let my property or buy another one as I have faith that I will be treated well. Thank you Sarah!

GoogleI have attended 2 viewings this week one with the Earlsdon office and one with the City centre office and the agent didn't turn up both times. The Earlsdon office had a record of my viewing but no agent available the Coventry office had no record of my viewing at all. I have now wasted about 1 hour on both of theses appointments. I hope the vendors are aware of why their properties are not selling!

GoogleRented a property in Kenilworth for 5 years, Estate Agent frequently failed to respond to notices/requests, very rarely inspected the property; when they did they made false claims about the condition. Also wrongly demanded the full deposit at the end of the tenancy, only returned it on threatening legal action. Poor. Would not recommend.
