Andrew Gibbs was a credit to Brian Holt. The level service he provides when purchasing a property was second to none. I've bought 5 properties and never known such an approachable person who went out of his way to help a very complicated sale with overseas sellers. Always at the end of a phone and always lending a hand to keep the ball rolling. If all staff at Brian Holt are as good and efficient as Andy then I will definitely be recommending Brian Holt to all my friends and colleagues. Also the rest of the team in Kenilworth were great as well. Helping to arrange viewings and making the keys available for tradesmen to visit and quote work while the sale process proceeded. Without the team effort I would not be moving into my new house before Christmas where as I moved on the 1st December. Great service and I can't speak highly enough about the team at Brian Holt Kenilworth. It's nice to write a good review about estate agents for a change as usually it is only a complaint which makes you answer a survey. Thank you Brian Holt and especially Andrew Gibbs. Andrew Gibbs, and his team, provided an excellent service to us in what turned out to be, in my experience, a more complicated than usual house purchase. He provided excellent communications and updates throughout the buying process, often acting to progress the completion of the sale when there were communication breakdowns between other parties involved. As a 'customer' I felt that Andy was professionally acting on my behalf, as well as that of his fee paying client. I never thoughtI would say that about an estate agent!

Anna and the team at Brian Holt were simply fantastic. As the buyer of a property listed with Brian Holt, Anna was very professional and fair in the bidding process. We encountered some problems with the move as our initial buyer pulled out just before exchange, then our second buyers mortgage application was delayed for some time. Naturally, Anna needed to ensure that her clients interests were protected, but really went the extra mile in liaising with the various parties involved to help push the deal through. Without Anna's intervention, I believe that things could have turned out very differently. She clearly has a lot of experience in the industry, knows how to deal with solicitors, brokers, etc and is very prompt in her communications. I used an online agent to sell my property. Whilst I have no complaints in terms of how they dealt with our sale, the best endorsement I can give Anna is that I would use Brian Holt in the future. Price is what you pay and value is what you get. I would go as far to say that Anna is not only the best estate agent I have dealt with, but also provided the best customer service experience that I have received, irrespective of industry.

Sarah at Brian Holt has been so helpful with my search for a property after my relocation fro London to Coventry. I met Sarah by chance when the allocated person who was due to show me around a house in Earlsdon was running late so Sarah came to do the viewing. During the viewing, Sarah picked up instantly on my needs and what my requirements were. She made me feel at ease and that I was right in waiting for the right property to buy. It was to my delight that when I requested a viewing with Brian Holt for a property a few weeks later in Earlsdon where I live, Sarah was conducting the viewings. She made the time to speak to me even though it was a group booking and also allowed time for my daughter to travel from University in Birmingham later that day to accompany me on a second viewing before closing time. Whilst I did not go with the property concerned, Sarah still contacted me to discover if I had found a property, which I have and went further to check the area, price and location to ensure I had a good buy! This is customer service at its best and I will be returning to Brian Holt in the future whether that's to let my property or buy another one as I have faith that I will be treated well. Thank you Sarah!
