GoogleWe've been viewing a few properties lately and not all Estate Agents walk you around the house and accompany you and try to resolve your questions, but Layton was great in showing us around and did take some questions with him when unsure. He communicates well and makes you feel comfortable. He was great to come back to us with an appointment and was super punctual on the day. He's also been great at follow-ups.

GoogleThankyou to the fabulous Nicola Pike for all of her help! She has been super efficient and contacted me about a plot that had come back on the market that I was originally interested in! Nicola liaised with my mortgage broker directly giving her all of the information needed and ensuring that the reservation of the property went through super quick! Within a few days this was all sorted and Nicola has been so approachable and helpful with any concerns or issues along the way! GoogleWe had a chain of 5, and when we were about to exchange, the chain collapsed. Anna and the team worked hard to get the sale going again and managed to do so. There were a lot of things that needed chasing and sorting out, but they managed it all. My father had vacated the house several months before it was finally sold. Anna went out to check it when the people clearing the house accidentally triggered the alarm. They also checked it during the cold weather and Anne did all the meter readings for us on the completion date to save me having to travel back and do them. Many thanks!

GoogleHelen and her team at Harrt Kenilworth, looked after our fathers property sale with efficiency and professionalism, they always went the extra mile to overcome problems, that the solicitor’s always seem to throw at both us and the buyers at the 11th hour. Being a leasehold sale and in a retirement complex, the sale was not straight forward however, Helen and her team were constantly chasing and trying their utmost to sort out both sets of solicitor’s and make life as easy as possible for everyone. We can’t praise Harrt Kenilworth enough they were fabulous, the solicitors however, well that is another story. Thank you for all your hard work Helen and please pass on our thanks to all the team in Kenilworth. Brian & Deb Hurst.

She has a thorough knowledge of the property market, was able to provide candid advice on the state of the house we bought and worked closely with the vendor and solicitors to ensure the purchase went through in a timely manner. Questions were answered within hours, even when information was required from a third party. She is a credit to the business and the profession.

GoogleReally not impressed with Haarts. They took the selling fee direct from my funds at my solicitors, rather than me paying them direct. Not the most professional agents I’ve used. Very vague emails, sending lowballing offers from interested parties before sale (almost £70k lower than advertised with my price being OFFERS OVER). Insulting. Agents don’t want to know after they get their fee. Ignoring emails. Wouldn’t recommend, and won’t be selling any of my other properties through them.

Plus the nightmare of Covid ! all visits to our house where Covid secure and always communicated back to us within hours of the visit.
