The team at Brian Holt Kenilworth are professional, friendly and supportive and great at keeping us up to date on viewings/potential buyers. Selling your home can be stressful and it’s really nice to work with a team who are approachable and who you feel you can trust. Bethany was fantastic during our house purchase in Nov 2022. I was always able to get in contact with her and the Heart team at all stages of the house purchase and they were helpful and informative. We were looking for a bungalow in Kenilworth, they are extremely rare and Beth was really helpful and kept in touch with us and letting us know when she would next contact us, as it happened a property came up with another agent which we have now had an offer accepted on. However I would not hesitate to recommend Hart and in Particular Bethany Mansell who is extreemly professional.

I was told buying a home is a very stressful process .Brian Holt and their team have made my experience less stressful .They were the most welcoming estate agents .During my initial visit and understood what I required and offered good options.The person (Unfortunately don't remember his name)who showed us around was welcoming made it a good experience . Anna was Negotiator during the process, she is brilliant .Andy who supported was very helpful . They have been very prompt with any queries and resolving any issues. They were fair during the negotiation process,I never felt uncomfortable . There is also a personal touch to their service which make it a very pleasant experience overall .
