It has been a pleasure doing business with Haarts of Kenilworth. It has been a long and difficult journey at times, but with the help of your staff Helen, life has been made a little easier. Everyone has been pleasant and very eager to help us in every way possible . You are a great team. However one person in particular we feel must get a special mention and that is Bethany. Andrew Gibbs was a credit to Brian Holt. The level service he provides when purchasing a property was second to none. I've bought 5 properties and never known such an approachable person who went out of his way to help a very complicated sale with overseas sellers. Always at the end of a phone and always lending a hand to keep the ball rolling. If all staff at Brian Holt are as good and efficient as Andy then I will definitely be recommending Brian Holt to all my friends and colleagues. Also the rest of the team in Kenilworth were great as well. Helping to arrange viewings and making the keys available for tradesmen to visit and quote work while the sale process proceeded. Without the team effort I would not be moving into my new house before Christmas where as I moved on the 1st December. Great service and I can't speak highly enough about the team at Brian Holt Kenilworth. Great service to us in purchasing our new home

Andrew Gibbs, and his team, provided an excellent service to us in what turned out to be, in my experience, a more complicated than usual house purchase. He provided excellent communications and updates throughout the buying process, often acting to progress the completion of the sale when there were communication breakdowns between other parties involved. As a 'customer' I felt that Andy was professionally acting on my behalf, as well as that of his fee paying client. I never thoughtI would say that about an estate agent!

Truly exceptional from start to finish

Anna and the team at Brian Holt were simply fantastic. As the buyer of a property listed with Brian Holt, Anna was very professional and fair in the bidding process. We encountered some problems with the move as our initial buyer pulled out just before exchange, then our second buyers mortgage application was delayed for some time. Naturally, Anna needed to ensure that her clients interests were protected, but really went the extra mile in liaising with the various parties involved to help push the deal through. Without Anna's intervention, I believe that things could have turned out very differently. She clearly has a lot of experience in the industry, knows how to deal with solicitors, brokers, etc and is very prompt in her communications. I used an online agent to sell my property. Whilst I have no complaints in terms of how they dealt with our sale, the best endorsement I can give Anna is that I would use Brian Holt in the future. Price is what you pay and value is what you get. I would go as far to say that Anna is not only the best estate agent I have dealt with, but also provided the best customer service experience that I have received, irrespective of industry.

Excellent service- effective, professional and supportive team

We took on Brian Holts after good reports from our next door neighbours, who purchased through them. Julie's local experience led to a realistic view of price and potential, and a good brochure with photos exploiting our property's potential for a buyer. We had a wealth of viewers, which Sarah handled very well (although on the first visit when Ken turned up we thought he was a buyer!), When we accepted an offer, Anna was excellent at keeping us up to date with progress, and chasing down legal activity. Regrettably our buyer withdrew, so we will be starting again in the New Year, however we are happy to be with a great team!

It was a pleasure to deal with real people rather than the stereotypical pushy salesmen estate agent approach. Anna was the crucial lynchpin in our sale (covering much of our solicitor's responsibilities too!) and eased the whole process. Helen, the branch manager, came out and discussed what we wanted out of the sale, how it would be done and how haart would handle matters going forward, if indeed that was what we decided. Helen provided us with options as to property sale value depending on what we wanted to achieve and it was after everything was explained did we agree to market our property with haart. Within a week, and pre marketing, our property was sold. Not only that, but having viewed the property we had wanted to consider moving to, also marketed by haart, we had our offer accepted. So far the whole process has been relatively easy and Helen has kept in touch with progress.
