Ben came to do our valuation. What an attentive and respectful young man! Having explained that we have been a long time out of participating in the housing market, Ben explained the current up to date procedures in detail; answered all our questions and left us feeling a lot more confident about the process of selling our house. Very straightforward, no frills just the facts and offered earned advice as he saw it without the ego that accompanies alot of these estate agents. I have had a very positive experience renting through haart. Kieran Pattni, the PM Manager in charge of the property I am renting, has ensured that, throughout my tenancy, communication is clear, prompt and professional, making the experience straightforward and stress free. Any queries or issues are handled efficiently and Kieran is very personable himself. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing a good service. His professionalism and the smooth experience I've had are a big part of why I would happily use haart again in the future, whether as a tenant or when looking to buy a property. I would definitely recommend both Kieran and the team.

Great and remarkably fast service! Finding accommodation in Coventry has been incredibly easy and straightforward with haart. Despite the initial apartment I enquired about already being let, Lillie-May Hughes proposed a larger one for just a few pounds more per month. After accepting the offer, the entire procedure was carried out online, allowing us to keep track of everything, both for the tenant and the agent/landlord. Lillie-May made sure everything ran smoothly by constantly updating me throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend this agency, as well as the agent!

I recently arranged a viewing for an apartment through HART Letting Agents, and I’m very pleased to share my experience. My appointment was with Hasnen,and from the moment I met him, he was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional. He took the time to ask if I had any questions or concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the viewing. I really liked the property and decided to proceed with the application. They don't pick up calls or emails, and by chance you get to speak to someone, they either fob you off or blatantly lie to you. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN PERIL! I wouldn't trust them to try and spell house, let alone rent one out for me again!

Disappointing letting Agent. Before I paid my deposit, everything went so well and smoothly, very responsive agent. They certainly know how to satisfy and attract customers. However, after I have paid my deposits and moved into my new apartment, which is a very lovely place (thanks to the previous tenants/ the landlord),I am not receiving as much attention to the Harrt letting team members and, they are lacking of letting agent responsibilities (e.g not taking my issue seriously even after I went walked into the store for at least three times about the apartment issues; and nonsense response about my still missing inventory list). For the latest update, Harrt leeting team have only provided me the pipeguys contact, technicians came and checked. Then needed permission from the landlord, and after that, no more updates three weeks later. Thank you for your response to my review above 4 months later(xx/11/25). Now (16/03/2026), I still have not received my inventory list and non-communication from any of your team members. This doesn’t align with the reply of this review, please follow-up. Good review will be provided if so, otherwise I will know what to do.

Ben has been such a help to me! I’m a single mum that wants to move away from this area to be near my children. His experience in selling houses has been nothing but professional and taken into account what my house is worth. I would highly recommend not only the company as a whole but he puts you at ease and is extremely helpful with questions along the way.
