He gave me information along the way and kept in touch, knowing that this was my first house sale and I didn't entirely know how things would work. Jeevan S took over once a sale was agreed and communicated pretty well on how things were progressing, and helped move things along when they inevitably got stuck.

GoogleA friend of mine and myself been trying to connect to Riley and steve for past 1 week for an accommodation information, Poor Riley and Steve Wood been locked in the meeting room and were unable to give us a call back or atleast an email regarding any status. The reception people has two things to say either They are in the meeting and can’t help once they are back they will call us or They are in a vacation for 1 week and next day they are in the meeting. Such a rubbish company. Not recommended anymore.

After being with them as a tenant for almost a year, I can say they are the worst agents in Coventry.
1. They do not respond to voicemails or emails.
2. They make you call a different number all the time and no one responds when you call or your voicemail.
3. They do not care once you have moved in and there is no personal touch.
On positive note, they responded to a boiler issue really fast., , , , , , , , , , It was my first time with haart and Shakia was really wonderful. She was always available and patient even though I had a lot of questions. So prompt in making sure all queries were addressed quickly and overall made the experience so comfortable and easy. Definitely recommend.

She is one of the remaining team over time and is extremely approachable, efficient and reliable. Even when faced with difficult situations, her approach is "that's what I am here for". I can rely on her to email me about anything I need to know and she is friendly and willing to discuss things by phone. Having a personal point of contact is what is important to me as a landlord and I know my property is being managed properly when Aimee is involved.
