GoogleDespite not having the best farewell with my landlord, the letting agency, in particular Patricia, handled our case with care and was always at hand to answer all of our questions. She supported us through the process of claiming our deposit back and remained objective in handling a situation which was not too pleasant. GoogleNot happy at all. They totally messed things up and when they realised it was their fault, they just put the blame on some new young employee who had joined recently. Will never recommend them to anyone. Who gives these people such great reviews?????

Their Lettings Team has been prompt and efficient, whether it is finding a new tenant or dealing with tenant's querries, repairs and maintenance. However, since haart took over, their accounts/statements, are often somewhat mystifying. I am especially grateful to Joanne Keane, their Accounts administratior, who patiently and expertly sorts out any querries and misunderstandings.

Somehow one of the advisers, Darren Kendall, managed to find properties matching our exact requirements again and again no matter how fuzzy we became, he's always prepared to go the extra mile and delivered with that human touch that is so difficult to get these days, and believe me, I've seen lots of Estate Agents.
