GoogleI had a few issues with the property I currently rent and Aimee has been extremely helpful and responsive. She helped with sorting some of the issues same day and has always kept in touch to make sure the works have been carried out to the highest standards. I would highly recommend her when you need swift response and reassurance.

GoogleGot the property rented by visiting the agency multiple times as they weren't responding to my emails or calls. But post agreement, their response to call and emails have become worse and no actions being taken to any issues reported. Their operating hours in Google is for their own employees and not for customers. Even when they are open, they won't meet the customers. I haven't experienced other agency but this isn't a good one for sure.

GoogleVery satisfied with Rishi's help and professional support. Appropriate tenants were quickly found and he was always on the case and replied immediately to emails. Whilst I was somewhat frustrated with all the portal stuff, Rishi enabled us to overcome it. Much easier to visit the office and quickly deal with the process. House was only unoccupied for 18 days! GoogleQuite disappointed with how they handle viewings. Called to arrange to view a property, they said that they could do friday afternoon, but they just had to confirm with the current owners. This was on tuesday, it is now friday and we have just not heard anything back from them at all since.

GoogleTHE WORST LETTINGS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. The service provided by the lettings team is beyond a joke. They don't answer the phones, the don't reply to emails, they don't contact you when they say they will. The only way to actually speak to someone is if you go into the office and sit there and wait. They rented a property to us without the correct licences so had four adults living in a property illegally, they didn't get any issues fixed around the property that were reported (although we found out at a later date that they were charging the landlord for jobs and just keeping the money sitting in an account), left us living in a property with penetrating damp, broken windows mechanism, no form of ventilation and after speaking directly with the landlord nearly three years later, he had no idea about half the issues reported! We thankfully have left the property now but a week later we have received no check out report, no contact, they're still not answering the phones or replying to emails and have our deposit money, even the landlord hasn't heard from them for weeks! Asked for a copy of their formal complaints procedure and shocking as is may be, still haven't had a response. BEWARE! Do not use these agents for lettings if you want any kind of managed service because you'll be stuck and left with no help, no inspections, no contact..
