GoogleI’ve been completely let down by the service provided by Marc on the letting team, at first everything was smooth when it came to signing the agreement with Haarts, Marc demanded us to sign the rent collection and few extra stuff stating that this was the only service they offered, Which was a complete lie as we’ve used different Haarts branches before and haven’t heard of this before.He later did change the agreement and tenant Had a date they was going to move in. On the date of the move in tenant did not turn up which was neither of our faults. I later asked Marc to realist the property in which he failed to respond and did not hear back from him. I will certainly not be using this branch ever again.

GoogleBuying the house was very straight forward and have had lovely help from Nicola and Sam when buying. There was an issue with communication, but when I raised this Claire called me straight back and went above and beyond to rectify this, which is greatly appreciated.

GoogleThere is a lot of room for improvement, was at their office at city centre and saw a letting ad for a house, but 10am the tag at the door still said closed, so I decided to call later that morning. I was given the details and post code for the house and told I'll get a booking fixed, I didn't, I called back 2 weeks later and was told the flat was off,... I made another inquiry and was told I'll get a call back, from the most impolite call center agent, it's over 2 weeks again. I think they can scrap their call center, maybe the physical transaction will turn out better.
