GoogleWe asked for a valuation of our house from Brian Holts estate agents, last time we moved was back in 1975 so we were a little bit nervous about how they would approach our request. We needn't have worried as we were visited by a bright and friendly lady called Ashley Gillies. She looked around the house pointing out the positives and some of the minor negatives also gave us an honest valuation based on other properties in the area as well as our own. She explained clearly the extra costs involved including removals, stamp duty, solicitor fees and their own costs. I also feel that the valuation was a fair reflection of our home and not an inflated one which can cause problems. We were also offered any help in what to look for in new home. All in all a very positive experience and if and when decide to move we would use Brian Holts team and Ashley in particular if possible.

GoogleWhewww! Let's just say, in the future or my next life I'd have nothing to do with them. I would also advise my friends and family to stay clear. My experience has been very(can't stress this enough) unpleasant.

GoogleWe had Brian Holt come out and give us a valuation on our property and I must say it was the most professional and well prepared agency we had come. We did get a few valuations from other agencies but Kaseem who was very well prepared and knowledgeable really made Brian Holt stand out. Thank you for taking the time to come out.

GoogleI have dealt with Bran Holt EAs a few times but haven’t yet viewed any houses with this branch. Kieran was on time,very smart and eager to help. He was happy to find out the answers to any questions I had and after viewing the property I put an offer forward on it. He promptly got back to me with an update as soon as he had spoken to the vendor. Keep up the good work guys! GoogleMassive thankyou to Brian Holt who were amazing when selling my house and buying our new home. Christina was amazing Nothing was ever too much trouble. Yes the fee was a little higher than most but talking from experience you definitely get what you pay for! I would highly recommend Brian Holt to anyone.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking level of customer service and general interest in the customer and their requirements. Rude and borderline patronising staff and when I agreed to have a valuation gone on my house I felt something was missing regarding what was suggested about how my property would be promoted on social media as after looking at social media the activity it is ZERO even though I was told about some unique thing they use that creates special social media adverts...blah blah blah...I’m boring myself, so basically a lie!!!! When it comes to the fee for selling my house it was 1.5%, which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when you consider I was offered 0.75% by another agent for exactly the same service. As for viewing a property I was interested in, well at least the appointment took place on time, but when discussing a possible offer the conversation led to financial services and any offer having to be financial qualified by an in-house financial advisor and I’m not an idiot and I know that is a sharp practice and a mortgage agreed in principle and the finances being confirmed by a solicitor is all that is needed to confirm you can proceed, so don’t fall for that nonsense and ultimately DO NOT use this company as it appears that they are only interested in seeing how much money could be made out of me. Steer well clear and shop around for a good fee and people you feel comfortable dealing with and avoid the stereotypes!!!

Andy there agreed a viewing agreed at very short notice, talked me through the whole process start to finish, he handled my queries honestly, accurately and fast. They were also able to recommended an outstanding solicitor. I highly recommend their services and I'm very pleased to have found a trusted agency.
