GoogleHelen and her team provided a very professional service. They are very friendly and respond quickly to queries. They are also well-known in the Kenwilworth area so are good at reaching buyers who may not be Rightmove focussed. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleHelen and her team have been really proactive during all of the process so far I can't thank them enough from the start with the probate letter which was hand delivered the same day thanks to Helen, she also took some great pictures has been honest in saying what she thinks as regards valuation and marketing . I would certainly recommend Helen and the team at Brian Holt kenilworth

GoogleReally pleased with the help and support from Helen, Anna and the team in Kenilworth. Provided objective advice and guidance and helped us achieve a sale ina very challenging market. Always available to discuss progress and advise us. Found the regular reports showing online activity really useful.

GoogleWhen renting a property the level of service seems to drop. Their fees are a joke, we did most of the work not them.

GoogleHas there been a change of hands because there's a weird operating model going on at Brian Holt? Tried for a week to get a viewing at a bungalow in Hexworthy Avenue for my parents. No appointment was made. Instead my parents had repeated calls from Adam at head office with a hard sell to put their own house on market. It was bizarre. When my dad asked about a time for a viewing Adam knew nothing about it. All he wanted was their house. Adam called my dad buddy and bud. I fedback by email and facebook review but Adam phoned again and called my dad bud AGAIN and tried to get a house valuation AGAIN. My parents never did view the bungalow and our family's attempts to encourage them to move has fallen by the wayside. This was a first tentative viewing for them as I explained when I called originally. It's a big step to downsize at their time of life and the hard sell was the worst approach possible. We feel sorry for the vendor too. Although the office is Coventry based, the hard sell seems to come from a remote site. If zero stars was an option I would have chosen it.

GoogleI'm a first time buyer and found Brian Holt to be incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. We had several set backs with both sets of solicitors and the usual difficulty of getting in touch with solicitors. Christina and Dave of Brian Holt were fantastic in chasing any problems that occurred. They virtually did the job of the solicitors and of the estate agents. Without their assistance I'm not sure how much longer the process would've taken. When it comes to selling I'll certainly be using Brian Holt. Would recommend to anyone! Steve Martin
