GoogleI have had quite a few viewings with different estate agents but was really impressed with Anna. She was very friendly and showed her eagerness and enthusiasm throughout our viewing. She wanted to gain feedback about every room and anything negative she would simply suggest solutions. Anna had full knowledge of the house and had done her research before which is not seen nowadays, as in a sellers market the estate agents do not have time. She had parked her car in a small drive to show the customers it is possible to park in the narrow drive. Commenting on the small garden she made suggestions to move the garage and trim bushes to make it look bigger. She also talked about a park which was opposite the house where the kids could play. Overall very impressed by Anna and I am sure she will go a long way in her career. Thank you.

GoogleThe team at Brian Holt Kenilworth are professional, friendly and supportive and great at keeping us up to date on viewings/potential buyers. Selling your home can be stressful and it’s really nice to work with a team who are approachable and who you feel you can trust. It doesn’t feel like the team are just interested in the fee , which of course is business. We feel they really want it to work out well for us too. Thank you Helen, Tara and Anna

GoogleIf you can, don't use these guys! They are only interested in your rent, any other issue you have with the house you rented from them, don't trust them to fix it! They won't! Learn from me! Don't repeat my mistake! The staff in our Coventry branch are Very unprofessional! You have been warned! Edit: It's been been told this page is for Brain Holts Earlsdon branch not the guys I have been dealing with. This review was for Brain Holts Warwick Row, Coventry. I have been told It's different from the Earlsdon Branch. Apologies Earldson branch. Will transfer this review to their page and delete.

GoogleExcellent experience in every detail. Especially as this was a challenging sale. The team work together and are on top of the situation throughout the process and no matter the difficulties arising they were onto it before it could become an issue. I was fortunate to have Gabrielle as my lead negotiator, but any of the team will give you an equally bespoke service. Extremely experienced in the conveyancing process, Gabrielle ensured both parties solicitors got on with their tasks - without her constantly keeping them on track this process may have taken even longer. Gabrielle liased with banks, mortgage lenders, surveyors and both parties in a constant round to keep us fully informed and deal with all the small issues that can hold up the process. I originally used one of the cheaper online sales firms- big mistake - waste of money - worse-complete waste of time.

GoogleHas there been a change of hands because there's a weird operating model going on at Brian Holt? Tried for a week to get a viewing at a bungalow in Hexworthy Avenue for my parents. No appointment was made. Instead my parents had repeated calls from Adam at head office with a hard sell to put their own house on market. It was bizarre. When my dad asked about a time for a viewing Adam knew nothing about it. All he wanted was their house. Adam called my dad buddy and bud. I fedback by email and facebook review but Adam phoned again and called my dad bud AGAIN and tried to get a house valuation AGAIN. My parents never did view the bungalow and our family's attempts to encourage them to move has fallen by the wayside. This was a first tentative viewing for them as I explained when I called originally. It's a big step to downsize at their time of life and the hard sell was the worst approach possible. We feel sorry for the vendor too. Although the office is Coventry based, the hard sell seems to come from a remote site. If zero stars was an option I would have chosen it.
Dear Mrs Ireland, I am sorry that your and your Fathers experience with Brian Holt has not been a positive one. When we spoke on the phone it was left that you would call me to arrange the viewing. My colleague Christina Stavri spoke to your Father and he explained what he is looking for. At the t ime he felt Hexworthy Avenue would not be suitable for him.
