The Callington office really know and understand the market and made good judgement calls on the normal obstacles that present themselves throughout the process. Friendly, approachable and always reverted with answers to questions quickly and kept us well informed. One of the viewings ended up purchasing my property for the asking price. I had reduced the price a little to be honest, but this was under the guidance of the Bradleys agent, who was "up front" with me. GoogleI arranged to view a flat via facetime with my daughter as I was out of the country. This was agreed prior to the viewing to by the estate agent. On asking to go forward with the tenancy I was told i couldn't be put fw'd as i hadn't viewed it personally. When i said that most agents were doing virtual viewing they said it was their policy that everyone had to view a property in person. Even when i said I'd sign a waiver i was denied the property. Really disappointed in their customer service, lack of compassion and flexibility in the current pandemic situation, not a company I would recommend

We are clearly trying to accommodate all enquiries and video viewings are very much 'the norm' now, although it should have been made clear at the outset that we cannot accept applications based upon a video viewing. In the main most people understand there is a risk attached to doing so and therefore will ensure they make provisions to view in person. We hope you understand. Thank you.
