GoogleI would highly recommend Bradley’s Estate Agents. Selling my mum’s house was an emotional and sometimes challenging process, but the team at Bradley’s were friendly, professional and supportive throughout. They kept me well informed at every stage and always made sure I knew what was happening, which gave me reassurance during what could otherwise have been a stressful time. After trying different routes to sell the property, we finally achieved a successful sale by auction. Thank you to everyone at Bradley’s for your help, communication and professionalism. I really appreciated the way you handled the sale and would happily recommend Bradley’s to anyone looking to sell their property.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Bradley’s throughout the process of selling our family home. Jordan Stuart was incredibly helpful and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Jordan was friendly, professional and always kept us updated, answering any questions we had along the way. He went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Would definitely recommend Bradley’s, and especially Jordan, to anyone looking for help with their property in the Torquay area!

He was very knowledgeable about the area and made the experience enjoyable. We are first time buyers so it was helpful being walked through the process. Thank you again I’ll be coming back

GoogleWe were thinking about returning to Looe so contacted all of the agents to go on their mailing lists. Bradleys were the only agents to keep us up to date and Ella was very helpful and a very pleasant contact point. We have decided not to move but would contact Bradleys in a flash if we needed help in the future.

GoogleMy experience with Bradleys left me with little confidence in the way prospective purchasers were treated, and because of it I would not buy or rent a property through this agency again. I attended the Bradleys office to submit an offer on one of their listed properties. I asked if my offer could be presented to the vendor while I was still there, and the negotiator told me he had been unable to contact the vendor despite making several attempts over the weekend and again that morning. After leaving the office, I went to the property to check access to the rear garden from the outside. The owner happened to come out, and during our conversation I mentioned that I had just submitted an offer through Bradleys. He told me that he had already accepted an offer over the weekend through the same agency. While I was still speaking with the owner, the negotiator called me and said he had now managed to speak to the vendor, who had decided to wait for a higher offer because the property had not been on the market for long. The information I received from the owner and from the negotiator within the space of a few minutes was inconsistent, and I was left confused about what had actually occurred. Had I simply been told that the property was already under offer, I would have accepted that and moved on. Instead, I left feeling that I had not been given clear and consistent information. Although I was not the eventual purchaser, I dealt directly with the agency as a prospective buyer while submitting an offer on one of their properties. This review is based entirely on my own first-hand experience. As a result of that experience, I chose not to have any further dealings with Bradleys and would not use them in the future.

GoogleWe highly recommend Sam and the team in Bradleys Callington. The service we received was second to none. It took 16 weeks from accepting an offer to exchanging contracts and they never gave up on it. I don’t think we really know all the hardwork they put in behind the scenes, they never made a big drama or fuss out of anything. It certainly made our journey a lot easier and less stressful. GoogleBradleys have been incredibly friendly, efficient, and accommodating when arranging our property viewings. We would definitely recommend viewing properties with Tilly. She was professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer almost all of our questions. If there was anything she wasn't sure about, she was quick to find the information and get back to us promptly. Overall, we've had a great experience so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Tilly and Bradleys.
