From start to finish, Bradleys Callington office were fantastic! We had been on the market with another agent prior to instructing Bradleys and were disappointed with their service, so changed to Bradleys as soon as our contract with them expired. Wow……I wish we had chosen Bradleys from day one, their service was exemplary and we accepted an offer within 2 weeks of instructing them. I must give a special mention to Niki, Kayleigh and Sam who really are a credit to Bradleys! From the initial valuation right through to exchange, they guided us through every step and their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness were very much appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Callington office to anyone thinking of selling in the area, they really are a great team!

we had a few agents out to Value our home and Bradley's stood out from them all. Matt's years of experience and knowledge of the property market stood out. After the house went on the market we quickly received lots of offers that far exceeded our expectations. We were in part of a complex chain and Matt was proactive throughout the sales process and kept us updated all the time and built a great rapport with our solicitor.I have always been really impressed when using Bradleys services in the past and so pleased we picked Bradleys to sell our home. Appalling customer service from the…

Appalling customer service from the Plymstock branch. Poor communication throughout, had to point out issues with our online listing, they blamed Rightmove but surely if is the agents responsibility to check the listing? Eventually withdrew from them due to no confidence in their ability to sell the property. Received a debt recovery letter for £200 for the photography out of the blue, having not seen the first request. No call from the branch or courtesy to inform it was overdue prior to this. Called the branch to speak to the manager but no customer service hitherto than quoting the contract. Business is about people, and with such a lack of personal engagement I would not use Bradleys again and would advise my friends and family to avoid. No individual service and no impression they care. I should of read the reviews first, I can see I am not alone.

We first contacted Bradley in early May 25 to view a property with Annabelle for which we put in an offer that was accepted, all proceeded well until early August when our buyers chain collapsed. We assumed we would lose our purchase, however with Sam and Annabelle's help and a patient seller we quickly found a new buyer which has resulted in us being able to proceed to purchase which completes this month, Nov, exceeding expectations. Bradley's helped me massively when I needed to move down to Callington with quite short notice. They were nothing but friendly and efficient, and helped me sort out my tenancy agreement on time. In particular, Jeannette who I spoke with the most, was always happy to help and went out of her way to make sure I would be able to move in at the earliest convenience which I am very grateful for. We recently moved to a new build in Callington after nearly a year of chain ups and downs. Sam, who was looking after our move for Bradleys was extremely helpful throughout. She found out what was happening in the chain and kept us informed when others were getting no information and during the more difficult periods she knew when to push and when to hold off , a difficult balance to strike and she did it very well. We are grateful for the interest she took in our move and for acting as an intermediary between us and the developer in moments when the sale was faltering due to chain problems. All in all she represented Bradleys in a thoroughly professional and human way and with the support of Jeanette and Amber who both showed us round on our visits our overall experience of Bradley’s as buyers is excellent. We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.
