GooglePoor communication, After i left charged me over £500 from my deposit. Take photos of everything, absolutly everything even very small things like Little crack on tiles othervise you'll pay for it.

Thank you for your comments which are noted with interest particularly since you vacated the subject property in 2015. In the interests of fairness we actively and formally request all tenants to make any comment upon the condition of a property with seven days of the start of a tenancy. We note you chose not to do so. With regard the administration of your deposit the only deductions made were those to which you agreed and were considerably less than the £500 to which you now refer. We would welcome the opportunity to assist you with any additional concerns
