GoogleDue to divorce I had to regrettably sell my home, in an already difficult time for myself Maria and her team were beyond supportive, from initial valuation to eventually going on the market and selling, they were all exceptional with help and guidance from start to finish, where others were not interested, Maria was always happy to help and support. I can not recommend the team enough. Thank you first class.

GoogleWe were really grateful for the help Bradley’s provided to us whilst we were purchasing our first home in Exeter. Being first time buyers, we weren’t always confident on each stage of the process and Katie was always very helpful in explaining or advocating for us when we had tricky issues with our conveyancers, going the extra mile to seek out alternative advice and being a friendly voice on the end of the phone during a long purchase process. Katy especially was incredibly kind, thoughtful and supportive in helping our rather large chain go through. Katy really helpfully kept me updated most weeks and went above and beyond when dealing with other estate agents. I feel very grateful for katy’s support and it made a stressful Process much easier. Appalling customer service from the Plymstock branch. Poor communication throughout, had to point out issues with our online listing, they blamed Rightmove but surely if is the agents responsibility to check the listing? Eventually withdrew from them due to no confidence in their ability to sell the property. Received a debt recovery letter for £200 for the photography out of the blue, having not seen the first request. No call from the branch or courtesy to inform it was overdue prior to this. Called the branch to speak to the manager but no customer service hitherto than quoting the contract. Business is about people, and with such a lack of personal engagement I would not use Bradleys again and would advise my friends and family to avoid. No individual service and no impression they care. I should of read the reviews first, I can see I am not alone.

I cannot praise all the staff highly enough, their attention on the matter has been fantastic. They have engaged with myself and the buyer to ensure we got to the end of the process successfully and nothing was too much trouble - there was no such thing as a silly question! Thank you so much to Chris, Katie, Nas and more recently Joe as well. I would highly recommend your service; indeed I have already asked you to sell another property for me. GoogleI contacted Bradleys to sell my house, and they were great from start to finish. I could come in and discuss issues along the way, everything was solvable, nothing was too big of a problem. All the staff knew what was going on so I could talk to anyone. They were always positive and friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleI sold my property through this agent: Outstanding service from Katie and her team at Bradleys in Cowick Street. I can not fault them in any way. They had constant communication streams and answered any query I had quickly and professionally. Fees are also very reasonable and they are worth every penny. GoogleThanks to Bailey at Bradleys, we've now bought our first home. We were looking at properties advertised by Bradleys for a few months. Bailey knew what we were looking for, emailed us the property, arranged a viewing ASAP, efficiently liaised between all parties and we now have our home! She chased slow solicitors on our behalf and explained the processes to us as FTB's. Thanks so much Bailey/Bradleys!

GoogleHad a great experience when selling my mum’s park home. Right from the first contact I had full confidence in their knowledge and experience. They maintained excellent contact throughout. Every member of the team went to great lengths to ensure that they not only fulfilled every possible route to achieving a fast sale, but also kept me up to date with information throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a serious a dedicated estate agency service.

GoogleThese agents process so slow, difficult and irresponsible. After asking us to fill out a rather invasive and unnecessary financial details, they still didn’t manage to figure out the affordability on time, and blame the landlord for pulling out last minute. We also offered to pay for half year to full year rent in advance, they said no… After spending almost a month with them, they only respond and move thing a bit forward when we call them, otherwise no progress at all. We trusted them and wasted whole month waiting for their slow progress, only one day before the date we were suppose to move, they told us that landlord decided to pull out last minute even though we passed our financial check. I suggest for people who rent, not to go with them lifetime if you don’t want to end up homeless and stuck in Exeter Airbnb trying to get a place desperately. People who is landlord, please give other hard working agents a better chance. There are agents out there move things as fast as they could to help the landlord secure a tenant…not like Bradley, after whole month of wait and in the end blame the landlord for pulling out last minute…
Thank you for your review. In the first instance, an agent does not have the authority to decide upon the success of any tenancy application. This is the property landlord’s decision alone. If there have been delays with a referencing process, this is normally with good reason. For example, where financials require further investigation to assess affordability and all similar. Further, we would advise any tenancy applicant not to assume a move-in date until their tenancy application is approved. That said, we thank you for your review which has allowed us the opportunity to provide clarity where it has been needed
