Nearly a month since I reported a faulty shower in my on suite...nothing done about it. Chasing it with the maintenance ( I don’t want to mame) :She’s telling me why don’t I use the other bathroom till it’s sorted, it’s understandable if it’s for 2, 3 days but I’m specifically rented and paying monthly for an en-suite 3 bedroom ( nearly a month since I reported it and still nothing done !!), I’m not getting for what I’m paying. I gave the maintenance team plenty of time to sort the problem as we were all away for 2 weeks, coming back from abroad to find out the shower hasn’t been fixed .Called Bradley’s , the person answering the phone told me that she’s not dealing with my case and I have to wait for a response from her colleague ( who’s dealing with it )..how long it’s going to take Bradley’s to sort the issue which I consider a priority in my opinion. I’m very disappointed. Stay away from Bradley’s if you could .
