GoogleWe chose Bradleys to sell our house because we were impressed with their professional approach and friendly demeanor. In addition they have embraced use of the variety of communication channels now available to reach the market.
The listing of our house was excellent. The quality of the photos and the video made us question why we were selling!
Customer relations is excellent and we were kept up to date with progress. The organization of viewings was professional and considerate.
We were selling to a market that was challenging and we worked with Rachel and the team to optimize the presentation.
We were able to sell our house sooner than we expected. Rachel our prospective buyers which gave us confidence to accept the offer.
The team was supportive during the conveyancing which progressed without undue hitches.
We have no hesitation in recommending Bradley's as an excellent firm of Estate Agents.

GoogleStood outside the property waiting for an estate agent to turn up for a viewing for over half an hour like a pair of lemons.
Had to contact two numbers, one of which said they would call me back and they never did, then phoned again only to be told an offer had been made the previous day and our viewing had been cancelled.
Thanks for not telling us it had been cancelled.
Needless to say time wasted, and very irritated with the lack of communication from apparently an award winning estate agents.
EDIT IN REPLY TO BRADLEY'S:
Calls were made? Funny there were no missed calls on my phone. And no emails to even alert me. My phone is always on me so I would have answered.
I even went back to the date and looked at my call log, nope nothing from Bradleys.
Must have called the wrong number.

Dear Penny, we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. Having looked into the matter we can see calls were made before the viewing with a message left to inform you the client had decided to accept an offer and didn't want any further viewings to go ahead. It is regrettable;e that this happened, although cannot account for messages not being received. We shall look at utilising text messages in the future to reduce this happening again in the future. We wish you the best with your property search.

GoogleAfter putting a full asking price offer in, we were left for a week with no proper feedback (we had to chase this), and after that no responses to my email asking whether we were being considered by the vender or not. That is extremely poor communication, which should be a basic skill for an estate agent. I rarelyeave reviews but given the state of the property market and how disappointed I am with this treatment, I am pleased we are not purchasing through Bradley's as our experience did not bode well for the future.

Thank you for providing a review Cathryn, and whilst not what we would like to hear, we can take this opportunity to investigate the issue and ensure our communication improved. Clearly, the housing market is moving at a frenetic pace, which does provide us with challenges, although we pride ourselves on our communication and so will look at this to improve moving forward. We wish you the best of luck with your offer and property search generally.

TrustpilotAppalling customer service from the…
Appalling customer service from the Plymstock branch. Poor communication throughout, had to point out issues with our online listing, they blamed Rightmove but surely if is the agents responsibility to check the listing? Eventually withdrew from them due to no confidence in their ability to sell the property. Received a debt recovery letter for £200 for the photography out of the blue, having not seen the first request. No call from the branch or courtesy to inform it was overdue prior to this. Called the branch to speak to the manager but no customer service hitherto than quoting the contract. Business is about people, and with such a lack of personal engagement I would not use Bradleys again and would advise my friends and family to avoid. No individual service and no impression they care. I should of read the reviews first, I can see I am not alone.

GoogleAlthough we choose Bradley's due to Claire's work ethics we had Laura manage our four luxurious apartments for sale. Laura worked tirelessly but sad to say in my decades of buying and selling, never have I experienced such volume of unqualified flaky viewers to buyers. Our eventual so called buyer had no maturity or business acumen to carry forward the intention of purchase. We not only wasted five valuable months but have been left with a massive solicitors bill to sell nothing and move nowhere. Overall very disappointing.

We are sorry to hear of this situation, although we can say the market was very different 5 months ago prior to the lockdown. We are seeing a very different property market across the region, including Teignmouth should you still be looking to sell. Thank you for taking the tiem to place a review and we wish you the best of luck if you haven't already managed to secure a successful sale.

TrustpilotWe are looking for a new home to rent
We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

GoogleAppalling experience. After a long time trying to buy a house that bradley's were selling they put it into a bidding war just as we were ready to exchange without bothering to let us know. They undoubtedly did not get the best price for their vendors and we are at a loss as to why.

Having investigated the matter, there appears to be far more involved than your review suggests, and the office communicated clearly with you throughout the process, including an email in March that explains the owners were re-marketing due to the lack of progress you had made in the 6 months since your initial offer! The owners chose not to proceed with your offer in the end, fully aware of the position, which they are entitled to do and we carried out their instructions. We hope you do find the right home, although on this occasion it wasn't Winterbourne Cottage. If you do wish to add anything further please feel free up contact us by emailing info@beagroup.co.uk

TrustpilotNo human element here...
Saw a property to rent that looks ideal so clicked online to arrange a viewing. Took about 30 minutes to complete their registration as I had to open an Experian account to get my credit score - among other things!

GoogleFrom the get-go a professional but very friendly and flexible branch of estate agents. On my first viewing I was stuck in traffic and struggling to make the time slot. Typically estate agents cancel immediately and expect you to book another. I was unable to take another slot due to on-going travel needs, and Bradleys were superb. Agent waited for me and we kept in contact over mobile as I slowly made my way there. Property was superb, and from offer to key delivery I was surprised at the clarity of detail, the support in getting the transactions made, and all aspects of the viewings and sale. Bradleys in Teignmouth left me with an impression that they really do care about their customers, unlike so many agencies that take the easy road, and go the extra mile. At no point did I have any concerns that went un-addressed, and responses were typically same day or same hour. We had a consistent agent throughout, which further engendered trust. I have bought a few houses. This was by far the easiest and most professional transaction. Cannot recommend more highly. If you are buying or selling in the Teignmouth area I suggest you visit them.
