Bradleys as a team in Sidmouth have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish! Stephen valued our house and gave me lots of information at the beginning of the process and was very professional and helpful, Ben also helped with anything I asked, even moving a box during a viewing that I was worried about! I have to say Tess has been incredible. ❤️ She literally went above and beyond, constantly updating and reassuring me, very enthusiastic, caring and professional I have been a pain and at no point did I feel that was a problem! I would 100% recommend Bradleys, you wont regret it! Thank you to everyone, we are moving on Friday!!!! 😃

Appalling customer service from the…

Appalling customer service from the Plymstock branch. Poor communication throughout, had to point out issues with our online listing, they blamed Rightmove but surely if is the agents responsibility to check the listing? Eventually withdrew from them due to no confidence in their ability to sell the property. Received a debt recovery letter for £200 for the photography out of the blue, having not seen the first request. No call from the branch or courtesy to inform it was overdue prior to this. Called the branch to speak to the manager but no customer service hitherto than quoting the contract. Business is about people, and with such a lack of personal engagement I would not use Bradleys again and would advise my friends and family to avoid. No individual service and no impression they care. I should of read the reviews first, I can see I am not alone.

We have just bought a bungalow through Bradleys and our main contact was Tess in the Sidmouth Office. It took four months from our initial offer until exchange of contracts and during this time and we found Tess to be always helpful, always friendly, always upbeat. Strictly speaking we are not the client as the vendor pays the commission; none-the-less, Tess (and therefore Bradleys) gave us a great service and eased the stress more than somewhat. Thank you!

We are looking for a new home to rent

We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

We bought a flat through Bradleys, very easy to arrange the initial viewing, after which we made an offer that was accepted. We visited the flat on four more occasions. Bradleys were able to find a local builder that was able to check that the building works could be done and a structural engineer who was also able to confirm the work that we wished to complete was possible. These meetings were made through the agent's personal contacts both quickly and efficiently. Bradleys kept the sale moving and without their attention we would have pulled out long before completion. The issues that occurred were "sorted out". We have since moved in and are delighted with the property and really happy with our purchase.

Having experienced very poor service bordering on incompetence and arrogance from both Exeter and Budleigh Salterton branches of Bradleys, we were naturally concerned when we contacted the Sidmouth branch regarding a property for sale. We were met by Billie, who couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and personable. As things turned out, she showed us around several properties until we found our perfect new home. She kept us informed during the sales process and always responded quickly to queries. Ben, the manager, was also helpful and made himself available when needed. Exeter and Budleigh could learn much from the professionalism shown by the Sidmouth team.

Very impressed with the customer service. When looking to get my property sold Bradleys were professional, punctual and honest. The whole process was dealt with fairly and swiftly, but with a noticeable human element. Just wish my solicitors were as responsive....
