GoogleWe were buying through Bradleys and found them responsive and helpful. I'm reluctant to award 5 as they were acting for the vendor. This said, I would certainly consider them if I were thinking of selling.

GoogleA really efficient team. Provided informed advice and worked to achieve the best possible price. In addition, they expedited the exchange process to keep the sale moving. I fully recommend the Sidmouth team, they provided an excellent service at a sensible price.

GoogleI have to say the service provided by the Bradley’s team was outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to sell a local property in Sidmouth or East Devon. They have the sales and marketing reach, knowledge, ability, and tenacity, to sell your property! Their fee maybe at the high end, but you really get what you pay for!

Whereas other agents treated us as only a potential buyer amongst many, Bradleys gave us a voice, support and were understanding of our familys needs and deadlines - an all round excellent service that enabled us to find our dream home to suit our timescales and budget. GoogleOur transaction was from an occupied tenanted property to a final sale. The complete process was conducted quickly efficiently. The Callington office really know and understand the market and made good judgement calls on the normal obstacles that present themselves throughout the process. Friendly, approachable and always reverted with answers to questions quickly and kept us well informed. GoogleRang recently about offering Torquay branch to sell my house ,spoke to an assistant who was checking my name on some sort of previous customer list (black list). ,Although i know i had an issue in the past but not that serious i would not do business with them again.He said the manager would ring me back,surprisingly she did not,obviously not bothered about the business besides i sold my house soon after and thats their loss,i suggest management look into this and make sure your not losing business just because your manager has problems with petty issues.I wont be using you againNegativeProfessionalism
