Google"Ella Marshal took our house sale on in February 2020, after two other agents had failed to secure a buyer. A big task, however the enthusiasm that she and Lauren injected in to viewings communication all through COVID lockdown restrictions has been simply amazing. I have dealt with many agents over the years and These two ladies from Bradley’s have out performed any other estate agent I’ve worked with. They chased our 4 part chain remorselessly and always had a positive smiling take on the many neutral and negative responses they received. The end result, we have sold for the asking price in a very difficult market, we thank the superb efforts of Lauren and Ella particularly as we’d moved abroad for the last month of negotiations! Thank you both and we look forward to seeing you in 2021! Needless to say Bradley’s are in our opinion the best agents in the South West!"

GoogleI would give no stars if I could. Customer service was extremely unprofessional and rude. They are helpless liars who would not listen at all. Please avoid them.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment and also about the position you find yourself in trying to find some accommodation. Having spoken with the local office and them having advised you on numerous visits that we cannot help you in your position. Having been professional and polite, the team felt they needed to be a little more direct as you continue to visit them with the same information. GoogleBooked a viewing normally, to then be told at 7pm the night before that there was not only an offer on the property, but that they exchanged that day. So I had booked a day off and delayed an offer on another property for this to then happen. I would not use this office; the Crediton office is much better.

GoogleWe had a very good experience with Bradleys. We used their broker David- who managed to secure us a mortgage in principle even though our circumstances were a bit complicated and changed several times due to the first lockdown. We were then passed to a case manager - Emily - who did a brilliant job of chasing up the lender when there were delays. Buying a house off plan during lockdown was a very stressful experience and we experienced some setbacks and delays, so much so that it seemed like it might never happen. We were well supported every step of the way though by Shah at Nansledan. He kept us up to date, and was really on top of chasing up the solicitors and keeping us informed. He managed to stay cheerful and reassuring even when I was a bit stressed and phoning him a lot! He also made some helpful suggestions and was very diplomatic when my husband and I couldn't initially agree on the colour of tiles or worktops :-) Shah stayed in touch once we'd moved in and was on hand to help still even when we'd been officially handed over to Morrish, even coming down to help after he finished work one evening when I couldn't figure out how to set the heating timer. He was a pleasure to deal with throughout and made a stressful experience feel just a little bit easier. We were so happy with our new house once were able to go in and look at it- it was even more beautiful than than we'd imagined from looking at the drawings, and we are still just as happy now that we've been here for a couple months. Morrish have been great and have responded really quickly to some bits of snagging work - for example, once we reported an issue late on a Friday afternoon and at 8.30am on the Monday morning we had the site manager and a decorator on our doorstep, ready to come in and fix it. They have all been really polite to deal with, including the customer service team who I've emailed with any issues, and consistently provided great customer service.
