GoogleMy parents used this company in the past for a sale, feedback from them, "Made our life a misery" because of a chasing department !! under valued the property, they had to complain about the harassment they were getting, they had to be told to deal with the solicitor directly, even he had heard the same feedback about Bradleys

GoogleThat was great. We have just taken our keys and the whole process from start to finish was simple. Bradleys kept us well informed and help all the way though despite the best endeavors of Covid.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking. Why can you not give zero!! Met with James West who to say he was unprofessional does not cover the extent of it. We asked for an earlier viewing and were told that 'the landlord would not allow it as his daughter was home'. We then turned up at the allotted time with James only to find the daughter was still at home. James then advised that the landlord had actually said it would be fine but he 'could not be bothered to travel out earlier'. He criticised the landlord who 'does not look after the property as they don't care and someone will take it'. Then went on to criticise his own company saying that they just rent out the property and take the money.

GoogleThanks to Bradley’s Estate Agents for helping me through the purchase of my new home. They kept me updated throughout the process. A special mention to Nassim and Katie who I dealt with. Also when I phoned in, I spoke to other members of the team who were also very helpful namely Christian and Joe. Calls were always returned, and any questions answered in a timely fashion. Well done team! Thanks O B

GoogleWe have just completed a sale with Bradleys Estste Agents St Thomas acting as the agents at this very difficult time! I cannot praise all the staff highly enough, their attention on the matter has been fantastic. They have engaged with myself and the buyer to ensure we got to the end of the process successfully and nothing was too much trouble - there was no such thing as a silly question! Thank you so much to Chris, Katie, Nas and more recently Joe as well. I would highly recommend your service; indeed I have already asked you to sell another property for me. It's also worth mentioning the Bradleys Conveyancing Service which provides competitive all inclusive rates and offers great peace of mind.

GoogleBradley's have been brilliant. Such a friendly, professional bunch. The communication has been superb. That's always been a top priority for me, that is, people always keep in touch and let you know what is going on. Bradley's have been superb. I dont generally rave about an Estate Agent, but, Bradley's get my thumbs up and a well deserved 5 stars!!!!
