We bought a flat through Bradleys, very easy to arrange the initial viewing, after which we made an offer that was accepted. We visited the flat on four more occasions. Bradleys were able to find a local builder that was able to check that the building works could be done and a structural engineer who was also able to confirm the work that we wished to complete was possible. These meetings were made through the agent's personal contacts both quickly and efficiently. Bradleys kept the sale moving and without their attention we would have pulled out long before completion. The issues that occurred were "sorted out". We have since moved in and are delighted with the property and really happy with our purchase.

We have no hesitation in recommending Ben and his team at Bradleys who have given an excellent level of service. Everyone we have spoken with has been friendly; helpful, professional and proficient. Ben has been great to work with and has managed the sale. He has ensured deadlines have been met, has given us advice, help and support when we have needed it and with the appropriate feeback and follow up. A first rate team who deserve 5 stars. Thank you.

If I could leave no stars I would. Customer service was atrocious, patronising and dam right rude. Other members of staff clearly uncomfortable with how their colleague was conducting themselves. Will never recommend this company!!

Only one star because I can't give zero stars. Unprofessional, rented a property with them and problem after problem after problem. After getting their inventory we found it had someone else's names on it and the missed, mirrors hanging off, toilet seats broken and loose, keys missing and a cooker not working. When we went to the offices we waited about 15 minutes for the estate agent to get off a phone call, while another guy hid behind his computer screen in the corner ignoring us. When the 1st guy got off his pho e call, we were met with a guy who kept sayin "I dont usually deal with rentals". Avoid at all costs they are unprofessional, liars and incompatent.

Bradleys Exeter were excellent. The people were friendly and helpful. They sold our house quickly despite the difficult situation in the country. We received excellent support at every stage.

Huge thank you to all the team at Bradley’s Newquay for helping us to sell and buy and making our dream happen. Special thank you to Shah for looking after the sale and purchase, answering all our queries (there were a lot), and making sure our purchase was to our requirements and that we were happy with everything. Thank you also to Michelle for setting up the sale of our house, Kathleen for negotiating the sale and David for the smooth and stress-free mortgage service and Richard for overseeing it all. We found the whole team to be very professional and helpful and would not hesitate to use Bradleys again.
