GoogleWe would like to thank the team at St Thomas for the amazing service we have had during the last view months which has lead to a successful completion. We reside abroad and all our dealings have been on a remote basis from beginning to end. Nasim and Chris have been so professional in the way they have kept us informed about every aspect. GoogleTerrible - didn't answer my calls or emails. Asked inappropriate and irrelevant information to simply view a property.

GoogleClicked on the appropriate link on their website to view a rental property. They send you a very detailed & unnecessarily invasive online form to complete. After several days, we heard nothing. Then we saw another property we'd like to view. Once again, they send you the form to complete as if you hadn't done it before & as if they didn't keep a record. Worse, it's from a NOREPLY email so there is no personalisation like many other estate agents.
