Absolutely fantastic service from everyone I've spoken to along the way with Bradleys. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everyone was so helpful and patient with me even though I'm a first time buyer with a million questions! Nobody was pushy or "salesy" which was fantastic because I work in sales and know there is nothing worse than dealing with someone like that! Abbie in mortgage team was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone! Thank you everyone.

Absolutely the best estate agents we've ever used. Great customer service all the way through. Our sale nearly fell through and we would say it only happened because of the professional intervention of John. Thanks for making our move possible.

Have very much felt like the only thing these agents cared about was their commission in all our dealings with them. They push to close a deal but are not interested in their customer service. They have consistently said one thing and then done completely another. Have withdrawn our property now and would never use them again to sell. It is these type of agents that give others a bad name. Update**following writing this the manager called to apologise and acknowledged the issues we have experienced. Think its only fair to add this

Friendly team, very helpful, always available, understood our requirements and went above and beyond our expectations. The Bradley’s team helped us find our ideal property for a good deal in the saturated St. Ives market where there are plenty of buyers to pick and choose from. Great experience from start to finish and even after our purchase they helped us iron out a couple of issues.

I purchased my apartment through Bradleys St Ives Office in 2021 and found Ben and the St Ives team very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. Impressed by their professionalism, I appointed Bradleys as the letting agent, knowing that everything would be covered to ensure both myself and my tenants would be looked after. Ben and the team have continued to be helpful and approachable and as I live up North it has given me great peace of mind knowing that my buy to let is in good hands. I would not hesitate to use Bradleys in the future and would happily recommend them to others.
