GoogleWe recently moved to a new build in Callington after nearly a year of chain ups and downs. Sam, who was looking after our move for Bradleys was extremely helpful throughout. She found out what was happening in the chain and kept us informed when others were getting no information and during the more difficult periods she knew when to push and when to hold off , a difficult balance to strike and she did it very well. We are grateful for the interest she took in our move and for acting as an intermediary between us and the developer in moments when the sale was faltering due to chain problems. All in all she represented Bradleys in a thoroughly professional and human way and with the support of Jeanette and Amber who both showed us round on our visits our overall experience of Bradley’s as buyers is excellent. Thank you Sam and the team.

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from everyone I've spoken to along the way with Bradleys. Nothing was too much trouble for them and everyone was so helpful and patient with me even though I'm a first time buyer with a million questions! Nobody was pushy or "salesy" which was fantastic because I work in sales and know there is nothing worse than dealing with someone like that! Abbie in mortgage team was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone! Thank you everyone.

GoogleHaving experienced very poor service bordering on incompetence and arrogance from both Exeter and Budleigh Salterton branches of Bradleys, we were naturally concerned when we contacted the Sidmouth branch regarding a property for sale. We were met by Billie, who couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and personable. As things turned out, she showed us around several properties until we found our perfect new home. She kept us informed during the sales process and always responded quickly to queries. Ben, the manager, was also helpful and made himself available when needed. Exeter and Budleigh could learn much from the professionalism shown by the Sidmouth team.

GoogleWith such a quick turnaround in the rental market a degree of communication is required by a company. This is lacking from Bradleys. The intrusive application process is excessive and bordering on an invasion of privacy. Hopefully new legislation will give renters the right to ask similarly personal and financial questions of potential landlords and their agents, helping us decide if we are happy to rent a property from them.

GoogleFiona was absolutely amazing! This company's service and personal touch, (especially Fiona) were outstanding. Such a shame we couldn't go ahead with the property, but out of any letting experience I've had, this was by far the best.

GoogleI would like to thank “team “Bradley’s ,, estate agents in St Marychurch , once again , for their friendly & thoroughly professional handling , of the sale of my first floor flat in Babacombe, recently this July 23. I have, “modestly” bought & sold property over the course of the last 17 years in the district of Torquay . On all occasions , it has been Bradley’s in st Marychurch ,that have both “sold to me”,and “sold for me”.In all these years , the staff have been lovely & very approachable. Especially Lynne & Tracy , who deserve special recognition and thanks from me . I can’t remember a time in my 17 years or so , when they haven’t been around . So many years working at the same estate agents , simply promotes wonderful continuity & stability, together with a wealth of knowledge of the local housing industry .
