Googlegreat friendly service , would highly recommend and use myself again...very impressed, branch used was Looe in Cornwall..and the third party bradleys team, that chased up between the solicitors both sides was first class, saved a lot of time and got the sale pushed forward a lot faster..

Our house was sold STC within 7 days and above asking price. The team kept us informed during the whole process and went up and beyond to make what can be a stressful experience, be sorted with ease! GoogleI have moved 19 times in my life and the service received from the Bradleys team at Looe was outstanding and by far the best I have ever received. I was very impressed by the 'collective' approach in that it did not matter who I spoke to, they all knew what was going on. Additionally, they proactively chased all parties in the chain relentlessly. Great job Ella, Ben, Lindsay and Chris thank you and I have promised myself this is the last time I move!

Very good so far.... This review is based on an unfinished transaction that is to say we have not reached completion. However, their service so far as been exemplary in terms of marketing and in ease of dealing with them. I believe I was given expert advice upon which I acted and realised a very good price for my property. I have been asked to submit a review, but given no incentive to do so. The staff in Saltash that I have dealt with are a friendly bunch.

GoogleWe recently completed on our house sale through Bradley’s St Thomas and they were nothing short from fantastic. Bailey managed the viewings brilliantly with minimal disruption for us and she achieved a top sale price from the best buyer. As the sale progressed Bailey chased the solicitors within the chain weekly giving us regular updates. Baileys expertise navigated us through what is often a stressful experience leading us to very happy house move. The other lady was also helpful.
