GoogleWe had a very good experience selling our house with Bradley's Looe. I have both bought and sold using them and had a great experience both times. Although solar panels caused a hold up in the sale the agents were very quick to deal with enquiries and answer them. We would recommend them to anyone selling or buying.

GoogleCalled with interest in purchasing a property but told it was cash only. I queried why as the property was a standard listing (no mention of cash buyers) and had a very long lease. The agent just said it was an 1980's lease and the previous buyers solicitor wasn't happy with it whatever that means. I questioned this to try to get to the bottom of it but the The attitude of the agent became very defence and boarding on rude / flippant. How the hell they expect to sell this property is beyond me because such an issue with the lease would certainly put off a sensible cash buyer!

Dear Nigel, with a Director being party to the conversation in the office, it appears you may have taken this the wrong way. We are duty bound by the Consumer Protection regulations to inform any potential buyers of anything that may affect their decision in which to purchase, in fact even view a property. Tracey was explaining the issues we have had with previous purchasers so that you were under no illusion as to the situation with the property. Had it been the opposite, I'm sure people would have been annoyed if we hadn't declared it, so we try and be transparent and honest from the outset, which is a shame that as a result, you feel we only provide a 2-star service, however, we do wish you luck with your search for a property.

GoogleThe guys in the branch were great but the big award and shout out goes to Karen Miller who worked her socks off for 10 months getting our move sorted. Such a difficult and demanding chain, but she phoned me nearly everyday to let me know what was happening. Without her we would have been lost. I cannot sing her praises highly enough and the whole family thank her from the bottom of our hearts. Ms Miller...you are the best xxx

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my home I was strongly considering a local competitor, but inviting the Bradleys team to complete a valuation and to explain their services is a decision I have not regretted! Lindsay completed the initial visit and she came equipped with detailed comparisons for local properties on the market. She was keen, enthusiastic and confident, both in her pricing and in the team's ability to sell my property. The photographic package and brochure were of a superb standard and far exceeded the competitors approach. There was also plenty of opportunity for me to ensure that the sales material reflected what I considered to be my property's highlights. As a team Bradleys are not in anyway complacent! Each of the team is professional, focussed and driven! Throughout the sale, Ben, Chris and Lindsay all worked seamlessly to ensure I was updated on interest and that they kept me informed on progress and next steps. Their communication as a team is exceptional and their customer service exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them. 10/10 Thank you Ben, Lindsay and Chris!

GoogleThese agents process so slow, difficult and irresponsible. After asking us to fill out a rather invasive and unnecessary financial details, they still didn’t manage to figure out the affordability on time, and blame the landlord for pulling out last minute. We also offered to pay for half year to full year rent in advance, they said no… After spending almost a month with them, they only respond and move thing a bit forward when we call them, otherwise no progress at all. We trusted them and wasted whole month waiting for their slow progress, only one day before the date we were suppose to move, they told us that landlord decided to pull out last minute even though we passed our financial check. I suggest for people who rent, not to go with them lifetime if you don’t want to end up homeless and stuck in Exeter Airbnb trying to get a place desperately. People who is landlord, please give other hard working agents a better chance. There are agents out there move things as fast as they could to help the landlord secure a tenant…not like Bradley, after whole month of wait and in the end blame the landlord for pulling out last minute…

Thank you for your review. In the first instance, an agent does not have the authority to decide upon the success of any tenancy application. This is the property landlord’s decision alone. If there have been delays with a referencing process, this is normally with good reason. For example, where financials require further investigation to assess affordability and all similar. Further, we would advise any tenancy applicant not to assume a move-in date until their tenancy application is approved. That said, we thank you for your review which has allowed us the opportunity to provide clarity where it has been needed
