GoogleStood outside the property waiting for an estate agent to turn up for a viewing for over half an hour like a pair of lemons. Had to contact two numbers, one of which said they would call me back and they never did, then phoned again only to be told an offer had been made the previous day and our viewing had been cancelled. Thanks for not telling us it had been cancelled. Needless to say time wasted, and very irritated with the lack of communication from apparently an award winning estate agents. EDIT IN REPLY TO BRADLEY'S: Calls were made? Funny there were no missed calls on my phone. And no emails to even alert me. My phone is always on me so I would have answered. I even went back to the date and looked at my call log, nope nothing from Bradleys. Must have called the wrong number.
Dear Penny, we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback on your experience. Having looked into the matter we can see calls were made before the viewing with a message left to inform you the client had decided to accept an offer and didn't want any further viewings to go ahead. It is regrettable;e that this happened, although cannot account for messages not being received. We shall look at utilising text messages in the future to reduce this happening again in the future. Not impressed. Tried to rent via rightmove so called them. The phone number is just an automated system that directs you to their website and therefore useless. Went to their website: you can't even request more information without entering loads of personal details into this. As part of this Bradleys require you to send through an Experian credit check and you can't progress without it, this means you have to create an account with Experian too or other credit check agency... and accept all their terms and conditions... Still, I ploughed on, completed a credit check and then go no response at all! Utter waste of my time. Went back through right move to contact them, i.e. seemingly the only way to message them. Got a response telling me to go to their website and fill in all my details again! Responsed to the email informing them that I had already done so and guess what? The email system is no-reply. Shameful, hence this review. I can only speak from personal experience, maybe they are great if you are a landlord or selling property but as soon to be both, I will not consider them for either purpose if this is how their tenants are treated.

We are looking for a new home to rent, we were advised to try Bradleys Having contacted and registered with many estate agents in the south west of England we found all of them to be easy and straightforward to register with, but Oh My God when you get to Bradleys, you should dump them immediately. After a few minutes in to the registration form the information they require becomes beyond belief, they even want to know how much savings you have. That’s totally obnoxious and none of their business. We can understand that they require certain information but not this just to register for information on lettings (no other letting agency requests to have your private and personal information just to register or even getting info on properties to let in their portfolio ). BRADLEYS you are too big for your boots. And by the way you have the worst web site to navigate in the market. Pay someone to help or get a grown up to help you.

GoogleLack of communication between the staff totally incompetent, we enquired about properties to let in Polperro of which there were two available, we had to send all our financial details and ID etc before we were able to even view the properties and with a total income of £88k a year well within their criteria and yet a week later we were still waiting for a courtesy call or an appointment to view properties and when my wife enquired about the delay our confidential details had not been passed on between the relevant departments.

GoogleIf your house is not on the market then they are not interested in showing you a property on their books. Great however I am planning on retiring to Sidmouth but I have no intent of putting my house on the market until I see a house I want as I live in a desirable area.
Dear Alex, we understand the situation relating to your move, however with such a fast-paced market as Sidmouth we simply cannot accommodate viewings where people are still having to market their own property. We advise all home movers to market their own home, even if they live in a desirable area and if they have a good agent, they will manage their interest accordingly without causing undue pressure. Please do let us know when you are marketed and we will be happy to see which properties are suitable at that stage.

TrustpilotDon’t sign anything without getting advice
I would advise anyone to steer clear of Bradleys if you expect any level of service or communication. We have been on the market with them for 18 months with only a handful of viewings. I haven’t heard a word from them since April, The For Sale board blew down in February. I reported this but no one has ever been around to put it back up. I have now decided to remove our property from their marketing and have now been told they expect me to pay them £600. I presume part of their strategy is that even if they don’t manage a sale then at least will get £600. This seems a very risk free and lazy way of making money for what is supposed to be a Company working for their customers. I have checked with 4 other Agents out there and none of them operate this way. Do your research and don’t sign anything without checking elsewhere first.

Appalling customer service from the Plymstock branch. Poor communication throughout, had to point out issues with our online listing, they blamed Rightmove but surely if is the agents responsibility to check the listing? Eventually withdrew from them due to no confidence in their ability to sell the property. Received a debt recovery letter for £200 for the photography out of the blue, having not seen the first request. No call from the branch or courtesy to inform it was overdue prior to this. Called the branch to speak to the manager but no customer service hitherto than quoting the contract. Business is about people, and with such a lack of personal engagement I would not use Bradleys again and would advise my friends and family to avoid. No individual service and no impression they care. I should of read the reviews first, I can see I am not alone.

GoogleExcellent service throughout the whole process of selling our property. Ben & Chris at Bradley’s, Looe, were faultless at the viewing stage, and Karen Miller at Saltash kept things on track once a buyer was found. This made the whole process stress free. Would recommend Bradley’s Looe to anyone selling or buying their property.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Made to feel like my thoughts and views were insignificant and I was stupid!! I have been in sales and senior management for 25years and have never experienced such a lack of customer care. I would never recommend anyone to use this company to sell their home, people deserve more than this company delivers.
